Research online before going to the funeral home had a picture in the price at the funeral home they told me a similar casket would be at least twice the price. Casket came right on time, and the funeral home direct was very impressed by the packaging and the quality of the casket the locking mechanism.

I ordered white. Shipping was fast and worry free directly to the funeral home. You do need to be present when it arrives to sign for delivery. The funeral home doesn't want to be liable for what they don't personally sell so the plan on having someone sign for it at the time it is delivered. Good customer service from the manufacturer.

The casket was nice and beautiful. It arrived in a timely manner and I was lucky enough for the funeral coordinator to inspect and receive it. The funeral home even said it was a very nice casket. Seriously? How do you want me to review a casket. For a casket it was good. Delivery went well to funeral home. It served its purpose. What else can a person say. It shipped to Florida. Then we sent it to NY with my mom in it for burial.
