Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have owned this fridge for over a year and love everything about it. The flex drawer is a great option, but everyone's favorite is the beverage center! People love figuring out the "secret door" - and who doesn't love a water pitcher that refills itself?

Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!

2nd Samsung Refrigerator. 1st one had ice maker at the top, bad design, had repairman out 5 or 6 times, finally Samsung agreed to prorate it and give us a rebate. Okay with it. Our daughter purchased a Bespoke model and seen to be happy, so we thought we would give it a shot. We purchased it in March 2024 and today went to change the water filter and now is no longer dispensing water. Tried all the fixes, I can see the head of the module leaking. We have followed the recommended water filter change schedules and have always used Samsung Genuine water filters. So not happy with Samsung Refrigerator. Also, I had to turn the water off to the refrigerator because water had leaked out all over our floor.

Except for the ice maker great features.

I think I got the fridge in September and so far I’m happy with it I really like the middle drawer however even though I know of the capacity of the fridge I’m a little disappointed in how little it holds and the design of the freezer basket is not ideal it should be designed to hold a little more,to look at the fridge though it is a esthetic looking!

I'm glad I bought this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only had it for a few weeks, but so far we love it. The glass finish looks gorgeous, and the best thing is that it's very quiet. The refrigeration seems to be very efficient, and the ice maker is working without any problems. I'll provide a long term update at the 6 month and 1 year mark.

Chemical smell and chemical water taste

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Chemical smell in fridge and chemical taste in water after 4 months. Samsung is dragging their feet on a resolution. They need to do the right thing and replace it. Wasted a whole bunch of food. It’s been weeks and our brand new fridge is unusable. Very disappointed

Nice size, great refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We haven't had the refrigerator long, but so far has exceeded expectations. Much larger refrigerator compartment than we expected. Ice maker does a good job, I even shut it off for a couples of days so we could use up the ice. My wife really likes this one. Only issue we had was delivery, dates changed multiple times. Be ready for a delay. Access to the water area only takes a couple of times until it becomes habit. It's nice to have cold filtered water on hand.

Great features!

The white glass is great ... cannot see fingerprints easily. The freezer is a good size and it's nice having two sizes of ice cubes.

Home Run

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best laid out refrigerator Ive ever owned. I’ve bought many appliances over the years. I currently have two kitchens. The Samsung Bespoken is so spacious. I love the that all the condiments and more can fit in the side doors leaving the main body very roomy for large items. It’s wonderful for organizing properly. The option draw of cool/ freeze is great. The freezer is massive and I love the double ice bin. I can better control the ice by use the scoop verses the traditional in the door ice that spits out ice all over the floor. I can’t say enough about how pleased my family is with our purchase. Thank you Samsung, you’ve done it get - hone run !!!!

Beautiful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we are very happy with our new refrigerator, it looks great and we are happy with the setup inside of it, we were very hesitant about having the water inside the door instead of outside, but we love it. I would have to say the worst part is trying to get my extra panels as part of our purchase rebate, it seems impossible to find a human being.

unit dead and worthless after only a few years

after only 3 years this fridge will no longer cool, no longer make ice, and won’t fill the door water pitcher. n independent service tech said the quality of these fridges for more than a few years are essentially junk. only a year warranty and extended warranty’s that run out roughly the same time all of these fridges die is the norm. the product looks quite nice and initially is great, but beware the longevity. samsung is not what it once was.
