We've been extremely happy with this refrigerator. The design is stunning and instantly became the centerpiece of our kitchen. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a dream come true fridge. I love the spacious drawers and ability to organize my food. However, I want with the removable door shelves, and all of the shelves inside of the fridge can be moved. Even the flex cold drawer has an organizer that can be removed to give you a bigger space for charcuterie, boards, or more wine bottles or anything that you need. The freezer is a great drawer length and depth so I could put so much in there and not have to rely on another fridge or freezer outside. On hot days when we go and get groceries, I feel confident in putting food into the fridge, knowing that the temperatures will keep it cool and make it cold fast. Another thing I really like about it is that I connect to an app so when my little children leave the door open, it lets me know through the app as well as making a noise and informing us that the fridge door is open so I don't ever have to worry about going to sleep and all of my food going bad. We've had it now for three years and it is truly a great fridge. It's easy to clean on the outside as well as the inside and the TV screen on it is easy to clean and navigate as well. After having this fridge for so long, we've decided to go to another Samsung product as well so our brand new dishwasher is from Samsung and we couldn't be happier.

We love the internal Beverage Center that holds an auto-filling 48-ounce water pitcher and shelving for quick-grab items, accessed by an independent door to keep the main fridge cold. Also, the ice maker is moved to the freezer section (a major reliability upgrade from older Samsung models) and offers two I am not sure how although the exterior panels can be swapped out to glass I think in the future or change the kitchen aesthetic without buying a new fridge.

Capacity for larger bottles of things like dressing don't fit on the shelves and you cannot adjust up or down further. Ice making Doesn't make as much as I feel it should When even on the express or quit making feature . water filter while easy to change if you don't take all the pressure off, the line leaks.

From the moment it was installed, you could tell this refrigerator was built with both style and function in mind. Everything has its place, and it actually feels like it has more usable space than our old refrigerator. The Beverage Center and AutoFill Water Pitcher have quickly become features I use every single day. The Dual Ice Maker is another winner as we always have plenty of ice, whether we're filling a tumbler or a cooler. It's also amazingly quiet. No strange noises, no puddles on the floor, and no wondering if we're going to wake up to another mess. It simply keeps everything cold, fresh, and organized exactly like a refrigerator should. If you're replacing an older refrigerator especially one that's been giving you headaches like our Frigidaire did don't hesitate. This Samsung has exceeded our expectations in every way. It's one of those purchases where you immediately wonder why you didn't make the switch sooner. Five stars without hesitation. Highly recommended!

The finish could be better as the doors are not even and the left door is hard to open. Lastly, would be nice to have more apps and capabilities for the tablet.

The water filter does an amazing job, we have a purification system but make good use of the water from our fridge as another option as well. It dispenses so clear and fast. Energy savings is amazing.
