Well organized and plenty of room. And yes, this is the best-designed refrigerator I have ever owned. It is very customizable and extremely quiet. I don't, however, use the ice and water dispenser because of the extremely high mineral content in our water. All drinking water is from reverse osmosis.

I was skeptical to buy at first because the shelves did not seem to have a many adjustable options and the freezer did not have shelves that I had with my side by side. After using this refrigerator, I found that there was plenty of space and the shelving was not an issue. For the freezer, I bought 2 adjustable containers which helped to separate my foods and I love it. I love the 2 different ice cubes and the smart features that allow you to fill the water pitcher or turn on our of the ice makers. I am very satisfied with this refrigerator.

I have had this fridge for several months and have no complaints. The flexible drawer is perfect for snacks and small items (have not used it as a freezer space). The beverage center is my favorite feature and my family uses it every day. The interior layout is convenient. Even when very full, the airflow is good and nothing freezes in the refrigerator space like my previous fridge did. The freezer drawers hold more than you think they will. Very happy with this product.

With the carbon block filtration, you can genuinely tell it removes that “old fridge taste” that off-brands never seem to get rid of. Installation was incredibly easy — it took less than a minute. You just twist the old one out and twist the new one in (turn your water off behind the fridge first so that it doesn't leak). No leaks, no forcing anything, no complicated steps. It fit perfectly on the first try. It'll click in place. I also appreciate that it lasts a full six months, and the flow rate stays consistent the entire time instead of slowing down after a few weeks. You get reliable performance all the way through. Yes, it costs a little more than generic filters that are manufactured who knows where, but I believe the quality truly justifies the price. Cleaner water, better-tasting ice, reliable filtration, and zero installation hassle. Looks big, but when installed, it's out if sight entirely. It's also silent when installed properly - no sliding, rattling, or moving around, even when opening and closing drawers. Highly recommended if you want genuine quality and peace of mind.

We are extremely disappointed in the fridge. It's barely 2 years old and the freezer drawer has completely stopped working. We've tried contacting Samsung and haven't gotten any help with repairs etc.

The refrigerator is undoubtedly the best and most energy-efficient one I've ever owned. The remote control feature is a great addition, allowing me to conveniently change settings from anywhere. The ice maker is also top-notch.
