This appliance has been one of the worst i have ever owned. The delivery folks had to take the whole thing apart to get it inside. Once installed our first water filter change flooded the house. Called support the manual didn't require a water shut off per each filter change but support told us its absolutely necessary. Using a samsung filter as well. Next the freezer not even 2 years old totally defrosted and ruined all our food. Called support again we did some resetting and now its over freezing everything. Tech to come out and take a look. I have never had so many problems with an appliance yet. I will never biy samsung again. There are so many complaints online about this same issue. The inside is large and nice but at what cost we spent nearly 3k and barely can get 2 years oit of it without repair?

A headache from the start.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a great purchase!! Lots of storage! Love the easy access door and water pitcher that auto fills! Love the 2 different types of ice with the scoop/ tray!! We really love everything about it, plus it’s so sleek and modern.
