Between all the space and organizational units, including a separate beverage section, to being able to easily connect to my phone, to the overall aesthetic this fridge is just the best in the market! Everything is working a expected so far and the beverage center is a must have upgrade as it has both water dispenser and auto fill pitcher. The middle drawer is very nice and meta cooling sheet in main area seems to be nice to have as well.

Two types of ice in the drawers below is amazing while still providing enough room in the freezer for our essentials. The middle drawer is easy access for my kids to get a snack. I also love the water dispenser and pitcher. We use the pitcher to more quickly fill waterbottles, dog bowls, and pots with filtered water. Pretty quiet, stainless steel finish looks sleek, especially without the messiness of an ice and water dispenser open in the front.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this 6 months ago and it’s doing a great job. It’s spacious and pretty. I love the beverage center. The only issue I have is the left side of the door is heavy due to the beverage center hence it tends to close on its own.

The two sizes of ice are a great choice. There is ample room in the freezer and the fridge. The best part is the design and the colors. Love our color choice and the no handles.

More importantly, its kinda fun to play with- the water system is very well done, and it makes both big and small ice cubes. Waiting now to customize pictures into the glass panels - will be showing those off to friends and family when done.

The beverage door is very handy and the center drawer is great for meats cheese or anything you want handy. I also love that the crisper is easy to reach not at the bottom.

I really love the ice maker being in the freezer and not in the fridge like my older Samsung Fridge plus two different size ice cubes. Great colors for the doors also. Really pleased with it and would highly recommend it too anyone.

I bought this in August of 2021, and while the overall experience has been nice we've had a few issues that are souring our opinion. We enjoy having the right side door shelf access, and the shelving configuration is quite good. An average grocery load fits rather easily, and having adaptability to accommodate a gallon of milk and a crock pot at the same time is welcome. The doors all open easily, but shut firmly and the door alarm has saved me more than a couple times. However, there have been a few problems, ordered here from least to most important. The ice maker, while perfectly functional, does tend to frost and ice over quite rapidly. If you go a few days without using ice, it can be a little hard to get started again. It always sounds like you're getting crushed ice, even when dispensing cubes. Out of the box, the door mounted water pitcher leaked like a sieve from the seal between the lid and the body. I looked into replacing it, and it was surprisingly expensive to replace. Later attempts to remold the plastic, unsurprisingly, failed. A month after, we left some lemons in there too long, and discovered that citric acid can degrade and eat away at polystyrene, of which the inner diffuser and outer pitcher is made. In December of 2023, we noticed problems with the Freezer maintaining setpoint (SP = -8°F, Act. = 26-39°F). Contacted Samsung, and they sent out a tech who diagnosed and recharged the refrigerant. Now, 4 months later we're starting to have the same problem again with food thawing. Keeping food cold is the primary purpose of a refrigerator, and a paltry 2.5 year lifespan is appallingly fast to experience problems like this.

I am glad that I did my research prior to this big purchase, and it paid off. Our appliances are a different brand, I wanted to have them match brand. After I looked at reviews and proper research, I went for this unit with all that diligence.
