Originally bought it because of the interchangeable panels and basic features but fell in love with the ice maker, temperature changeable middle drawer and my overall favorite feature... the always full filtered water pitcher in the beverage center!

We did white on top and stainless steal on the bottom 2 drawers. Our kitchen has white cabinets and a grey island and it looks perfect with that color scheme!!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, this fridge is beautiful! A nice focal point in the kitchen. No fingerprints like stainless and if you change your kitchen colors you can change the panels out, for added cost. Inside the fridge are very well thought out movable shelves and roomy bins for veggies and the like. The drink station is such a cool feature. We previously used filtered pitchers but having one the fridge fills up along with the dispenser is well, neat! Two sizes of ice if you wish, our pup prefers the small cubes because he's extra. A nice scoop and storage area are included. The freezer is roomy, the extra bin on top holds quite a bit and so far we haven't been pressed for space. The center area can be adjusted to temperature needs...fancy! I was cooking and noticed a dinging and realized I hadn't closed a drawer and an alarm sounded to remind me to close it. Overall, at this point I'm in love...yes, with this fridge and if looking for a new unit I would fully suggest it. I've had very good experiences with Samsung and this is no different. Don't mind my old kitchen...it will be updated soon too! :)

Fridge broke within one year (leaking Freon). Has taken more than one month for Samsung to coordinate its repair, which is still not complete. They do not centrally save notes, so multiple technicians came out without up to date information, and could not repair the unit. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved into a new home that had 20 year old appliances and decided to go ahead and update them. We decided to get the Bespoke fridge with white glass panels and it looks so beautiful in our kitchen. The beverage station is probably our favorite feature - something you don't think you need until you have it. Lots of space in each compartment. The counter depth fridge doesn't fit a large pizza box, which is a minor nuisance. Otherwise, we love the flex middle compartment to store snacks and deli items. Having the 2 sized ice cubes is nice. The inside is easy to wipe down and clean. The white glass doesn't show my little toddlers fingerprints, which is also a plus. Delivery went smoothly. They delivered the fridge with the glass panels attached and we were able to use it right away since the fridge is stored and delivered upright. Overall, we love our fridge and get compliments on it all the time.

I highly recommend the whole bespoke line of appliances. They are worth every dollar. Best features of any brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this fridge for 2 months now and love it. The beverage center and 2 types of ice are my highlights. It’s easy to clean - a microfiber cloth wipes off any fingerprints. I love the clean look of no handles and the counter depth doesn’t intrude into our kitchen too much, really just the door depth. Seems quiet so far, the occasional hum or water/ice filling noises and we are open plan so I’m conscious of noises. The drinks drawer is great, we have used it for cans of soda/juices/waters but also for wine for a party. The freezer is a little on the smaller side - great for the two is us but you might want to check it first if you have a large family (we bought counter depth)

The Bespoke options are fantastic and I love the flexzone, it really helps keep meat fresh and I was able to keep raw chicken a full week without any off-flavor. The replaceable panels are also fantastic, and they don't show fingerprints, something that makes me very happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a bad experience with a deferent Samsung Refrigerator and was very reluctant to purchase another one. But we did have a coupon and decided to give Samsung another try. We moved into a brand new condo and needed to purchase a new refrigerator. We decided on the Bespoke 4-Door French Door with Beverage center and we are thrilled with it. The Beverage Center is a GRAND SLAM! We use it all the time and there have been zero problems with the ice maker. Keeping the ice in the freezer is great! Always plenty of ice and the water pitcher is used more than the water dispenser. The extra section door is just great for keeping those foods that need just a little different temp setting.
