[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this 4 door Bespoke Samsung Refrigirator. Its affordable, stylish, and most of all it has been durable for us. The dual ice maker is amazing, the option to change the color of the door makes it so fashionable and not a boring one color appliance. All in all, I’d choose this over again.

The fridge barely lasted 3 years. We bought it Dec 2022, by Jan 31, 2026 the entire unit stopped cooling. I was excited for this product because I love the features. But We will never buy Samsung appliances again

Ice maker broke with in two years. First time they fixed it , because it was covered under the warranty. As soon my warranty expired I had the same issues with the ice maker . Never going to purchase another Samsung fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First the ice maker stopped making ice due to a failed factory refrigerant connection, apparently a known issue covered by a service letter. After numerous hours on the phone with Samsung this was repaired. Now the refrigerator won't consistently cool to the set temp of 36, it wanders up to 44. To say we are disappointed in Samsung quality is an understatement. We will never purchase another Samsung product.

The bespoke category had an option to change the panel color as well. The pitcher feature is really good. overall this is an amazing product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this 4 door fridge! It gives plenty of space. The top gives a huge capacity for every day items a keeps everything super cool. Enough room to store leftover pizza box or whatever extra space for large items. Middle drawer is perfect for cheese, deli meats, and protein shakes. Bottom drawer is the freezer. This has two different sizes of ice. The top of the drawer has the ice and capacity for everyday things than underneath has a large capacity for everything else. It also has a water pitcher and dispensing inside the left door. This refrigerator is an awesome upgrade to your everyday fridge. I would recommend it to everyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the fridge now for 2 weeks and it is excellent in terms of functionality, efficient space and design. We really enjoy the use of the mid-line cooler section with 5 separate temperature settings depending on what we put in there. Our kids love the beverage center with built in water pitcher and water dispenser. I personally like controlling the settings from the app on my phone. One thing to note is that it takes some time for ice to be made - while not a negative for our family, for others it could be an issue.
