Hello Jim, Thank you for reviewing our Evergreen Grass. If this is being used for your pets it's important to frequently rinse the grass thoroughly to clean any urine from the product. We also suggest making sure the ground underneath the artificial grass itself can drain properly. Thank you, Select Surfaces.
