This is a LOT of pistachios. The quality of taste has improved in this brand over the years, but has not reached the fine complex flavors of the best Turkish pistachios, which are not as good as the best Iranian pistachios. The large size of the "nut" is a testament to American industry. They are worth it at the price I paid! They "freeze" for months in a sealed container, best with vaccuum packing, as do many other nuts. Buy American!!

Perfect snack

This was one of the first gifts opened during a progressive gift exchange and was "stolen" quickly by the wife when her turn came up. We buy several bags each year for stocking gifts. Very popular!

We've been buying these nuts over the years. Recently, the quality has declined. My husband says they are roasted too much. However, all the nuts in the grocery stores have the same problem. Good price on these.

We have been buying these Pistachios for years. This batch just tasted old and had a weird taste to them. Needless to say we just threw them away. They were supposed to be good until around late 2023. Maybe it was just a bad batch but for the price they need to have better quality control. Maybe we will try them again in 6 months just to see if they are any better than this batch. If not we will be done with them.

I have become slightly addicted to these pistachios. They are perfectly roasted and salted- not too much salt but enough. I would say 90-95% are cracked where they are easy to shell. Very fair price at Sams! Way better than online from any other source I have found. Yummy!

I wish I could give these pistachios 5 stars but every once in a while we get a bag with lots of bad nuts in it and have too many to throw away. Also, some times they roast the nuts too much and they have a slight burnt taste. Over all, for the price, they’re usually pretty good.

We really like the saltiness and crunch of these pistachios. The only downside is that about 10% are impossible to open. At this price, they are a great value. The packaging is solid - the bag zips easily and keeps the nuts fresh. If you don't seal it properly, they do get stale.

I've always liked pistachios. Had fun with the red colored ones when I was young, until I decided I didn't want to get the red color all over my hands, and anything I touched. The plain colored ones taste the same, without the hassle. This brand comes in a nice, large, economy size, so they last a little while longer than the smaller sizes. I like to keep snacks at my computer desk, so I don't have to head off for a full meal as often. Nuts and dried fruits aren't messy, and don't need to be kept cold, so they are safe to leave at room temp. They are also nutritious. I will get these again, and do recommend them to others.
