perfect for baking, snacking, putting in salads

Between Thanksgiving and Christmas I bake homemade pistachio biscotti to give out to people that help us all year like the vet's office, the postman, friends, etc. These pistachios taste really good, and because they are salted already, I lessen the amount of salt I use in my recipe. When they are done, I dip them in the Ghiardelli Dark Chocolate melting wafers that I get at Sam's too. People go crazy over them. This is a really good product, and the fact that they are already shelled saves lots of time for me.

These are absolutely some of the best pistachios I've ever eaten in my life. Don't have shells mixed with it or anything wonderful we'll buy again.
