I bought this 2 months ago to support my back and legs it has done wonders for me need pain and back support very comfortable for sleeping and reading in bed.

My 16 year old son had metal rods put in his back earlier this month. He complained that the pillows he had on his bed made his back hurt so I got him this pillow. He said it works great and is exactly what he needed.

I was pleasantly surprised that this pillow is as firm as it is. Easy to remove cover for washing. One side actually feels firmer than the other. Great for support or lying upright in bed a bit. So glad we got it.

The quality of the pillow is very good. It has a nice firmness, but is still soft. The cover is very soft and although I haven't had to remove it, I have a feeling it will be difficult to get off and near impossible to get back on if you washed it. When i first got the pillow and opened it, it did have a bit of an odor. I let it air out for about a week and I don't really notice the smell now. I have tried it in bed and I find the angle awkward and uncomfortable for myself. I cannot use it to help with back support on a couch or chair because of the width, angle and height. On my couch it leaves my head without support and quickly becomes uncomfortable. So far the best use I have found is to sit on it on the floor while I fold laundry. It has helped greatly with my back pain there. I've tried it under my knees as well on my recliner and it was a bit uncomfortable. I haven't tried it lying in bed yet. In my personal opinion it is a good quality pillow. But it is going to depend on each person if it will actually be of use. For me, not so much. I am tall and my specific situation just isn't ideal for this specific item. I would not discourage anyone from trying it as it may be exactly what you are looking for. Just be mindful of the dimensions and maybe test it out with a pillow at home to see if it will give you what you need.

I was excited to try a wedge pillow to help with waking up from stomach acid at night. Sadly, after having the pillow sor out for 2 days, the small from, the pillow is still so strong I'm not able to try it for a night! I will say the cover is very soft. Also, the pillow itself has a nice firmness to it. I'm hoping the following scent will dissipate, and I'll be able to try for a night's sleep. I was hoping for a slightly softer wedge. The width is 19", too narrow for me. "Width" would be the "left to right" measurement at the point where the shoulders would be if you were to lay on the wedge to prop up your torso.

They sent me a pillow that had stains on it, so it was used. I'll be throwing it away.
