[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I had to sum it up: This fridge is a strong choice if you want high style + high functionality in your kitchen, care about design, and will take advantage of the advanced features (beverage center, flexible drawer, large capacity). On the flip side, if you’re more price-sensitive, prefer simpler reliability over lots of bells & whistles, or have a tight space / cabinetry that must align exactly, you might want to consider a somewhat simpler model (or make sure installation and calibration are done carefully).

After 5 months, the ice maker stopped working. The technician diagnosed over the telephone and came out to replace something in the "sealed system". We were informed that the coolant seal inside the door where the copper connects to steal goes bad, causing a leak inside the walls of the refrigerator. 24 hours after the "repair", it completely stopped working. We have been without a working refrigerator for more than a week because each hoop Samsung makes you jump through takes days. This website suggests that reviewers avoid discussing service, but I believe that is an important factor in product reviews and consumer information. A buyer should know not just will it break, but how will the manufacturer stand by its product (or not) if it does break. I have heard bad things about Samsung's quality, which initially scared me away from this refrigerator. Several good reviews led me to try it. I am hoping this offsets some of those for the next shopper and saves them a lot of trouble.

I absolutely love this refrigerator! I love the interior space. It has plenty of shelving and the shelf that slides back for bigger bottles is so convenient. The water filter between the drawers is such a smart idea. It doesn't take up shelf space. My drinks are nice and cold and the refillable pitcher is awesome and the water is always cold. The door inside a door stops a lot of wasted energy getting a can of pop. The center drawer is perfect for meats, cheese, or extra drinks. I like the 2 different types of ice and there's plenty of room in the freezer! I like the no fingerprint front. It's easy to program. Its perfect. It's so quiet, I don't even hear it running. Best fridge I have ever had. They delivered it in 3 days, set it up and those guys were super friendly. Definitely would buy samsung products from now on. This has everything I wanted and the price was perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love so many features the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator has. The snack tray section is a wonderful idea. My kids are college age and this is their go to section. I love the water pitcher it helps when filling everyone’s glasses at dinner time and with filling itself back up to fill a water bottle for sports. The shelves are large enough to hold large milk bottles and trays of food. I’m so happy to have two ice options and how fast the freezer keeps up with replenishing ice we haven’t been without ice during our weekly family dinner of 9 grown adults.A couple of downsides is I’m still trying to get the Blue tooth option to connect and the stainless steel doors is a little too thin. The overall configuration is very well thought out. I have recommend it to several friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful large capacity frig. It looks great on the outside and has great looking features, but she is very delicate. I had to call customer service a few times because the doors would not close properly and there was ice in the freezer. The user has to be cognizant to close the doors tightly and gently, otherwise the alarm goes off. If the user is having a party with margaritas, the ice maker cannot keep up making enough ice. Other than that, its a big beautiful fridge.

Incredible look, easy to clean, very, very organized and the ice maker (2 types of ice) is something you didn't know you needed. The beverage center is unbelievably great. Always have cold water in a pitcher (we’ve added cucumbers and now lemons-yum! Was thinking of redoing some things in the kitchen but this and the Bespoke induction range (along w/a new washable runner) has totally changed the look. Large capacity fridge makes entertaining a breeze!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is extremely well made and the stainless steel exterior is superior to any other appliance I have ever purchased. The interior also has some panels in stainless steel and the bins and drawers are top notch in terms of quality materials and fit. The beverage center is a very nice design and provides easy access to filtered water and the pitcher. I chose to go with the counter depth refrigerator and the interior space is still well designed and functional.
