Bought the Bespoke 4 door French Door Smart Refrigeator on 10/28/2025. Just a little of 2 month old, go on vacation return 10 days later and freezer is not working had to throw everything away no ice, trays are full of water, now the beverage drawer is getting warmer and now the top fridge is warming up, having to throw many things away, call for service, had to turn power off and now have to wait 3 hours to see if it will start cooling down and making ice, if not, then have to call for service, got rid of my old Samsung because of ice maker freezing up every 2 weeks and now we are back to freezer issues, not happy!!!

Roomy shelves and with the French doors, everything inside is within easy reach. The beverage center dispenses cold water and has a pitcher of cold water in it for guests. Holds cans of soda or juice. While the ice cubes are in the bottom freezer, they are a perfect size and do not get stuck together. The ice tray doesn't take up freezer space at all. The beverage center and the drawer are both something I never thought I needed but now think how did I live without them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So much capacity compared to our old fridge and the design is amazing, I will not hesitate to go with another bespoke fridge whenever this one goes out if it ever does, we also love the beverage center, having access to fresh water and being able to infuse it and ready to go, with our choice of ice, I wouldn't change it for the world.

The Beverage Center is honestly the best invention ever — it keeps all of our canned drinks perfectly organized and easy to grab. The two types of ice are a total luxury I can’t live without now. Everything stays cold and fresh, and the design is sleek and functional. Highly recommend

The compartmentalization of space was really helpful, making it look like stuff is well organized. The plastic used is durable. This technology is better than a fan-driven one, where frozen ice will be a big issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is works exactly as I have hoped! the ability to have a space just for my kids is perfect. They don't have to open the whole fridge every time they want something. they have their own snack and drink drawer. having the ability to configure the fridge and control different zone is nice. The stainless steel look is really nice and does a pretty good job with limiting finger prints. I personally like have the ice draw separate from the water spout and especially with 2 different types of ice. I have a large family so this fits a lot of food with plenty of space. I also enjoy having the beverage center. Of course having the ability to control and monitor everything from my phone is also nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a counter depth refrigerator this one is fantastic. Designed to hold plenty of food in convenient places. The beverage center is an added plus as is the flex zone drawer. Temperature holds steady in all areas. The smooth front without handles is a pleasant feature in the kitchen. It is well made and easy to move. The stainless steel finish is quite pretty and fingerprint resistant. The freezer with the ice maker allows a large capacity for frozen food. The two vegetable drawers are handy and each one can be accessed by opening only one door.

I missed it so much I had to get for my new house a new Bespoke refrigerator also. We love the Beverage Center and Capacity I would highly recommend this Refrigerator. The Compartment gives you plenty of room. Had to get used to the Configuration

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this fridge for about 8-9 months and so far, so good. Love the ice maker in the freezer, much better than in the door. The beverage center is great, like that there is not water drips on the door. The door panels are a little thin but have not have any problems so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 14-year-old Kenmore side-by-side refrigerator with this one, and I must say that we love the storage space and the ability to see everything inside. The bottom drawer took a bit to figure out the best way to store freezer items. The auto-fill water pitcher is super nice. The one thing I dislike is that the ice maker(s) do not produce ice quickly. My old Kenmore could replenish a full bin of ice every evening. We are constantly running out of ice for a family of 4.
