The "Bespoke" part of the refrigerator is an absolute joke. The colors they did not discontinue (most are discontinued) are not available for purchase. Good luck customizing the fridge!

First, everyone who sees it comments on its appearance. Next, the temperature setting is accurate. Often the temp reading in a fridge will say one things, but it is not true, or it is uneven. This one is perfect. The beverage station is a luxury. The middle drawer is wonderful..... I could continue, but I will stop with one last comment. We have had this refrigerator for almost 2 years. Every day I am thankful to own such a beautiful and functional appliance.

I like being able to control appliance on smart things app. I did not think the 2 ice makers were needed but have come to really enjoy them. The ice bites is great to get something chilled quicky without turning your drink into water. The only potential issue I see right now is if the refrig doors are open and you reach for middle drawer there is a potential you good pinch a finger

I LOVE the beverage center, and the middle drawer for deli meats and cans of soda. I like the fact that if one of my kids doesn't close the doors all the way I get a notification on my phone! Love the 2 different styles of ice! Could not be happier with our purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is extremely well made and the stainless steel exterior is superior to any other appliance I have ever purchased. The interior also has some panels in stainless steel and the bins and drawers are top notch in terms of quality materials and fit. The beverage center is a very nice design and provides easy access to filtered water and the pitcher. I chose to go with the counter depth refrigerator and the interior space is still well designed and functional.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice looking Refrigerator. Our old 25 cuft refrigerator died on us after 18 years. We saw this 23 cuft. And thought it would fit the bill. yikes, we lost so much freezer space and we miss our side by side. I like to put my own refrigerator temperature gauges in to monitor the temperature. Well, surprisingly I don’t feel it does a good job maintaining 37 degrees F. The top shelf temperature runs 39-40 - then drops down to 32-37 then the lower shelf fluctuating about the same. I wish the fluctuations were not so big. We called for a service request but they told us we known what’s wrong and we recommended you replace the refrigerator to fix it. Parts are not available to fix! Right now we have our replacement on hold. I really don’t want to mess around replacing it yet. I don’t recommend this unit. There’s a known problem and they are not addressing it in my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first reason I decided to change my old refrigerator was the noise. And this new Samsung Bespoke is perfect. It is really silent and honestly I couldn't hear any sound from it. And even the ice falling doesn't make any unpleasant noise. I only hear only one time very small whispering ice dropping sound during the last 1 month. Not to mention the design and cooling function, everything is really perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Plenty of capacity and the fact you can change the color made the difference to us. Could not locate it in black but we were able to get the black panels. We have the original stainless panels if other kitchen appliances fail.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Words cannot describe how much we love our fingerprint-less stainless steel fridge. The space is amazing - it has room for everything and shelves that slide to create more space when needed. We love the drawer; we are currently using this as a beverage hold-all. Love the freezer drawer as well and the technology that lets me know if a door is left open and when the filter needs to be changed.
