The water filtration system is amazing and convenient. It's perfect for busy households and we use the “drink drawer” as a snack space for our kids. It's always at the perfect temperature and we love the ice machine.

Water supply has to be turned off before changing the filter, else will damage the filter panel. Had to already get it replaced. Fortunately it was within warranty and Samsung replaced it promptly without any charge. Cooling is consistent and airflow is distributed.

It has different customization settings for the fridge, drawer and freezer cooling. It runs very efficiently, and the app keeps you updated on how it's running. I absolutely love it.

Giving options to dispense water and a secret door to access common drinks like juice and milk is genius. The capacity of the fridge, especially the bottom freezer gives us more than enough space. However sometimes the freezer doesn’t fully close so you have to be careful when closing it. The front glass and customization looks nice, want all my appliances to match.

Performance-wise, it keeps everything consistently cold, and the FlexZone drawer is incredibly useful. love that can switch it between fridge and freezer depending on what I need-it's perfect for extra drinks during gatherings or freezing bulk items. The beverage center and built-in water pitcher are also super convenient and something I didn't realize use as much as do. Storage is well thought out, with plenty of room and adjustable shelving that actually makes a difference when organizing groceries. The double ice maker is a nice bonus, especially for entertaining.
