It offers a sleek, modern design that instantly upgrades the kitchen, and the customizable look is a huge bonus. The interior is spacious, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of room for groceries, beverages, and freezer storage. I also appreciate how well it maintains temperature and keeps food fresh longer. The features are convenient, user-friendly, and make daily use easy. My only concern is with the top left door latch, which tends to stick fairly often. Because of this, the door doesn't always close properly unless you double-check it, which can be frustrating and could potentially affect cooling efficiency if unnoticed. Aside from that one issue, this refrigerator performs very well and has been a solid purchase. If Samsung could improve the door latch reliability, it would be nearly perfect.

It's clean and Sleek looking when you open up the top front doors is brightly illuminated. I love that they are flexible options for Crispers and the bottom right compartment we use this beverages which is perfect. It does make the freezer size pretty tiny if you do that but we have an extra freezer so it's not a big deal for us. Definitely would recommend this to anybody looking for a large capacity refrigerator that looks great

The design looks modern and premium, and it instantly upgraded the look of our kitchen. The storage layout is very practical with plenty of space for groceries, drinks, and meal prep containers. The cooling performance has been excellent — everything stays fresh longer, and the temperature remains consistent throughout the fridge. We especially like how quiet it runs and how convenient the flexible storage compartments are for a busy family. The freezer organization is also much better compared to our previous refrigerator. Overall, this has been a great purchase. Stylish, spacious, energy efficient, and packed with useful features. Great silent fridge with 2 types of ice for you. Efficient counter depth fridge. Inside is like an open concept, it seems we have more space than our last fridge. The door in door concept is very convenient for the water system and we have been using the water container infuser, our water never tasted better. Thank you Samsung for our new fridge…

Love that I can monitor from my phone. Love the placement of the water dispenser, and that it has a pitcher for water that autofills, with an option to add fruit to the infusion holder.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge has all the extras and customizations you could want (some that I didn't even know existed.) This fridge is roomier inside than expected. We aren't 100% sure how to use the flex zonel. So we've been using it to chill our beers at the perfect temperate. I thought all the extra's like: drawers and beverage dispensing center, would take away from the overall space inside, but it does not. Samsung knew what they were doing when they designed this series. And it's efficient!
