The auto fill water pitcher is so awesome for 4 kids trying to fill up cups constantly! Oh, and the ice maker makes cubes and nuggets that also keep up with the demand of children in the summer! It’s sleek, modern, connected to my phone and I love it!

The only drawback in on the freezer side, bins do not allow me to organize my frozen food section properly. Overall I love my new fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only thing I can pick at is the fact that fingerprint marks end up all over the doors. Everything else has been perfect. We love the ice options. We love the layout. I am the only one in my family that messes with the freezer. It is lower to the ground for my short self. My husband doesn't have to bend his tall body to see in the fridge portion. It has an extra door for drinks and water. I also have a water container to pour from. It works perfectly for my family.

I purchased it a few months ago and I love it. The hidden door for water dispenser and water pitcher were features I bought it for. I like the double ice compartment as well as the flex drawer. I connected the refrigerator to wifi. It notifies me if any door has been left ajar.

The last one lasted a good 10 years but this one is by far the best. My kids saw it and loved it so much they bought one. We love the three drawers, we love the hidden door with the water. I love the fact that it's smart things enabled. At first I never knew what I'd do with it I love it. I love the fact it has no handles. I love the ice makers and the drawers, I love the space in the Frig and freezer.

Contacted service rep and we were able to rest ice maker and solve the problem. It was a small ice jam.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a month ago and really enjoy the bigger space it provides that we didn't have with our previous appliance. We have all Samsung appliances in our kitchen, and this was just to complete our goal. It is a great appliance and so far, we have had no issues with it. We love the built in beverage center that is hidden inside the door and the pitcher where we can add fruits and/or vegetables to create flavored water.

I had an older version of the same layout and really enjoyed owning it and opted to keep the drawer feature as it can be very versatile. I really like the beverage center access with the infusion pitcher. Additionally the two different size of ice options is also a nice feature. The only draw back is you do loose some freezer space. Also I really enjoy the smart things talking to one another, like getting notifications on the TV if the door is left open. One thing I did find limiting was the shelving options are limited and do constrain over all storage options. It is kind of configured to allow for some changes, but not really as considerately as it could be.
