I absolutely LOVE this refrigerator! I do wish it came with a book explaining all the features and how to utilize them. The only issue I’ve had is getting it to connect to the app on my phone. I replaced a 5 year old LG refrigerator that went out multiple times.

I was very surprised to find out how practical it is and how many great features it has. The ice maker is our favorite in the house as it makes big ice cubes and small ice cubes so we can choose which ice cubes we want in our drinks. Having the filtered pitcher of water where we can infuse with any fruit to get flavored water is also a household favorite. The French doors make it very easy to access the fridge and is very practical. I highly recommend this fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the samsung bespoke refrigerator with beverage center exceeds my expectations. i’ve had it for three weeks now and am still mesmerized by its features. it automatically refills the water pitcher, produces two sizes of ice and when you download the app, it will tell you when your refrigerator is open! the flex zone space is a feature that i love-you can adjust it for a power freeze, for wine, for deli or for meats. my husband was skeptical of the bottom freezer, but there is plenty of space for many items. with the smartthings app you can adjust the temperature or the fridge and freezer and get notified if the refrigerator is open too long. i highly recommend this refrigerator. it has a classy look with minimal lines. it is super quiet, spacious and advanced.

i got this fridge just over a year ago. the fridge is great inside big and everything. the only problem that i have that is giving this a one star review is that a month ago now the fridge stopped working. got loud and stopped freezing. scheduled a repair and the company that i was sent to was booked for 3 months (A-1 Repair in Maryland, USA) and samsung told me that if i could find someone in the area to fix it i would get reimbursed. well i got it serviced locally was told it was a closed system leak and would have a get a samsung closed system repair to fix it. i told A-1 repair to put me on list and then a few days later i got a call from A-1 that they can no longer service my fridge due to the ONLY closed system repair person is out on medical leave for an unknown amount of time. it has now been a month since the fridge broke and only 3 months past factory warranty now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Bespoke refrigerator. The first one we moved and gave it to my brother. We knew we had to have the same refrigerator. Our new home came with a new stainless steel refrigerator and after 2 years with it we knew we wanted Bespoke again. And sure enough we bought one and our kitchen is awesome. We decided to order the matching range, microhood and dishwasher. They have yet to arrive, but we can’t wait. My favorite past is the dual ice maker with large and small ice. No dispenser is best since I can scoop. The drink dispenser is great since it automatically fills the carafe. The panels can be changed to mix up the mood of the kitchen. Go out and buy this refrigerator now.
