I was kind of skeptical in getting a Samsung brand refrigerator since I've read not so pleasant reviews in regards to the ice maker and several other features that quit working after a few months. But i will say i love so many things about this fridge but my favorite i will say is the ice maker since it gives you 2 options in regards to the ice size. I tend to love a smaller ice cube and love that this makes the smaller ice cubes. I love that the built in water dispenser is not like you typical water dispenser and is hidden. The beverage center is a great feature as well since it gives you more space and lets you chose on the settings whether you want to use it as a beverage center or as a soft freeze. It has so many uses and is a great add. The only downside that i feel is the freezer size its on the smaller size if you are used to storing more freezer items and isn't as deep as i would like. But other than that i have been pleased with my purchase and cant say more great things about this fridge.

Our Bespoke refrigerator is counter depth and fits perfectly into our kitchen space. The center drawer is useful. We use it in Deli mode. The freezer space isn't huge, but we have our old refridgerator in the garage, so space isn't an issue. The beverage center is great. It allows a clean look while providing both a cold water dispense and a 'never empty' water pitcher behind an easy to open door. This item had good reviews. I expect to have good service for a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the fridge now one month and I love it. It's big and beautiful, lots of space and options with the flex zone. Smart things app is also so convenient to control the fridge temperature and to turn on the ice maker. I truly recommend it !

I purchased this refrigerator nearly 2 1/2 years ago and the freezer stopped working. We initially noticed ice was not being made but seemed to stay cold. Two days later, we opened the freezer and everything in it was thawed and the temperature reading on fridge said 46 degrees. Contacted the warranty people and they scheduled an appointment for us Saturday and cancelled halfway through the day with a reschedule 2 weeks later, which was cancelled 2 days later citing "too expensive to repair". We absolutely love this fridge and were very disappointed that the ice / freezer went out so soon.

Somehow it has much more room and runs much better. The layout is excellent and I really like this refrigerator. I also like the beverage center it is very useful.

I love the middle drawer for quick access to deli supplies. The pitcher of cold water is very convenient in the beverage center. And the two sizes of ice make serving drinks so easy, and fun! It is a feature of the kitchen not just a necessity.

The updated style and appearance are great but the features are what have won our family over. We especially love the Beverage Center which allows access to water and drinks in door without opening the dual French doors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was just delivered yesterday - love all the features and the look and the space organization. Love the beverage center!!! I did experience water coming out where water filter goes. I though I resolved it, but noticed a little water in middle drawer bin again today.

So far so good. One issue is that we had a spill on the bottom shelf above the crisper drawers and I can't find any information for this removal process. I was able to remove the shelf but getting the glass out is another thing altogether. Oh well. And FYI we replaced a previous Samsung that had the icemaker in the door that was always failing.
