[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this beautiful Bespoke french door with amazing features that I love. One are the dual ice options.....ice bites and cubed. The AutoFill Water Pitcher is so convenient and hidden from sight until you need it. My only complaint is that I ordered white panels but they look grey against my cabinets and this was a huge disappointment for me. Online it really shows very white which is why I ordered it that way. I guess I will have to order the Stainless look which is what I had previously but not what I really wanted in this refrigerator.

I wish I had never bought this fridge. The temperature in the fridge compartment has been inaccurate from the start. It runs at least 5 degrees warmer than it should be, but sometimes 10+ degrees warmer. I have bought multiple fridge thermometers and a temperature gun -- they all show that the fridge runs warm. The temperature also fluctuates for no apparent reason. I had a repairman here recently. He said the sensor was giving an error message, so he replaced it. The fridge still does not work right. This morning I woke up and although the fridge was set at 34, and had not been opened for 12+ hours, the temperature inside was 45 degrees. I subsequently removed certain food items and placed a food thermometer in them, which confirmed that the food was outside the safe temperature range. I don't feel safe keeping my food in the fridge. I will now have to replace this appliance at great personal cost. I am so angry about this whole experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, the fridge is absolutely beautiful. It genuinely feels bespoke. The refilling water pitcher is a revelation and I love the beverage center. I use the middle drawer for wine. Now I never have to open the main refrigerator for drinks which was the main reason I was opening the doors during the day. I also like how high up the food sits. It makes it easy to find things and my fridge looks like a food museum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, I just need to say that the delivery guys were SO professional, friendly, helpful, and amazing! Secondly, the fridge is fantastic! No dents, doesn't show fingerprints, is not loud, cooled down fast, there was not excess grease anywhere, and the delivery guys removed all of the plastic film. I had none of the issues that others mentioned. I highly recommend this refrigerator and cannot believe the price. You definitely get your money worth!!!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have the Samsung Bespoke in white ice. As a refrigerator it works perfect - well thought out design. We use the center drawer as easy access for cheese, butter, lunch meat. Bottom freezer space is very good. But the top highlight is the beverage system. We thought we would miss the convenience of door water, ice..when in fact we do not. And white ice glass front - leaves no fingerprints. Sure there - but not visible. We bought whole set of Samsung Bespoke in white ice — all stay amazingly clean.

The beverage door is very handy and the center drawer is great for meats cheese or anything you want handy. I also love that the crisper is easy to reach not at the bottom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung BESPOKE series refrigerators have always been eye catching when they were first released. After receiving my unit (which is the morning blue / white glass with auto-fill pitcher / beverage center), I must say I'm quite impressed. The product fits incredibly well in any modern home, particularly with matching white cabinets. The auto-fill pitcher is one of my favorite features, it saves an incredible amount of time when trying to find cold, filtered water for any number of uses (e.g. tea kettle, cooking, boiling, etc.). The SmartThings app is INCREDIBLE as well. I have a pretty robust smart home set up, and the ability to slot this into my many other Samsung SmartThings products to use as a holistic ecosystem is great. Overall, I'm pretty impressed with the combination of form and function that Samsung was able to nail with this fridge.

The two types of ice are a great feature and it puts out a large amount of ice so we don’t run short. The beverage center is great especially having a cold pitcher of water and the ability to add fruit for flavor is great. Also having the ice in the freezer gives us more room in the fridge

I was very surprised to find out how practical it is and how many great features it has. The ice maker is our favorite in the house as it makes big ice cubes and small ice cubes so we can choose which ice cubes we want in our drinks. Having the filtered pitcher of water where we can infuse with any fruit to get flavored water is also a household favorite. The French doors make it very easy to access the fridge and is very practical. I highly recommend this fridge!

Its spacious enough for the whole family and the beverage center has become something the family uses daily. The unit is easy to clean and produces ice perfectly sized for adults and little ones.
