[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the samsung bespoke refrigerator with beverage center exceeds my expectations. i’ve had it for three weeks now and am still mesmerized by its features. it automatically refills the water pitcher, produces two sizes of ice and when you download the app, it will tell you when your refrigerator is open! the flex zone space is a feature that i love-you can adjust it for a power freeze, for wine, for deli or for meats. my husband was skeptical of the bottom freezer, but there is plenty of space for many items. with the smartthings app you can adjust the temperature or the fridge and freezer and get notified if the refrigerator is open too long. i highly recommend this refrigerator. it has a classy look with minimal lines. it is super quiet, spacious and advanced.

The pictures online really don't do it justice, it's actually much nicer in person! It has a super clean and modern look to it. The features are really nice, such as the indoor beverage center, dual ice maker in the freezer, the middle deli drawer and the fact that it connects to my Smart Things app. It's also super quiet and does a fantastic job of keeping all my food nice and cold! I'm super happy with my new Bespoke fridge!

I didn't know I was capable of loving a fridge, but I am, and this is the one for me. It's even more beautiful in person--it's like a piece of art. And it makes me feel like we're more organized. I like accessing the flex drawer for cheeses, butter, and deli meats without having to go into the big fridge. I love the beverage center's convenience while also maintaining the clean look of the fridge. LOVE! Oh, and TWO kinds of ice!!

This was above what we planned on spending but it has so exceeded our expectations we are glad we have it now. The ice maker is awesome. It produces both large and small cubes in abundance at the same time. The beverage center with the pitcher is a great upgrade from just a dispenser through the door. It looks great, performs great, has plenty of space.

From the sleek handless flat door front exterior to the interior water & ice systems Samsung has covered all the bases. Auto fill Water pitcher and normal glass of water dispensers are inside…no more water running down the front, the freezer located ice despenser ( two size cubes in separate buckets) will never cause problems that we have experienced in ALL of our prior fridges. The use of stainless interior front& back walls seems to hold cold better. I expect I will NOT be replacing drawers and door mounted plastic storage cubbies as these are about twice as heavy as in any prior fridge.The fourth drawer and it’s temp controls gives great flexibility. Samsung read consumers minds on this one and hit the all the marks spot on!

No issues so far and I hope this fridge lasts as long as my last one did. (20 years). Shipping packaging of the fridge was very nice and secure so nothing was damaged.

Before I bought this refrigerator, I found all really good reviews. The problem, though, is that the stainless doors dent and scuff so easily. Now we have a refrigerator that looks like a scratch and dent, but we paid full price for it. I don't know how the other alternate panels hold up, but we don't want to pay more if they're as fragile as the stainless ones are. I wish we had bought a different refrigerator.

The absolute best thing about it is the Beverage Center. The self-filling pitcher is amazing! I could actually do without the glass filler and just have the pitcher. It makes great ice, two kinds, and has been working like a dream for the past 4 months. I have the all-white glass, and everyone comments on it and loves it. It is a bit larger than my last frig but with the white reflective glass it looks smaller and makes the kitchen brighter. Highly recommend!!!
