The fridge barely lasted 3 years. We bought it Dec 2022, by Jan 31, 2026 the entire unit stopped cooling. I was excited for this product because I love the features. But We will never buy Samsung appliances again

Ice maker broke with in two years. First time they fixed it , because it was covered under the warranty. As soon my warranty expired I had the same issues with the ice maker . Never going to purchase another Samsung fridge.

After numerous hours on the phone with Samsung this was repaired. Now the refrigerator won't consistently cool to the set temp of 36, it wanders up to 44. To say we are disappointed in Samsung quality is an understatement. We will never purchase another Samsung product.

We really enjoy the use of the mid-line cooler section with 5 separate temperature settings depending on what we put in there. Our kids love the beverage center with built in water pitcher and water dispenser. I personally like controlling the settings from the app on my phone. One thing to note is that it takes some time for ice to be made - while not a negative for our family, for others it could be an issue.

Enough room to store leftover pizza box or whatever extra space for large items. Middle drawer is perfect for cheese, deli meats, and protein shakes. Bottom drawer is the freezer. This has two different sizes of ice. The top of the drawer has the ice and capacity for everyday things than underneath has a large capacity for everything else. It also has a water pitcher and dispensing inside the left door. This refrigerator is an awesome upgrade to your everyday fridge. I would recommend it to everyone!

I bought this 5 month ago to replace an LG refrigerator that broke down in use. I choose SAMSUNG because I determined that there were quality issues after using LG for a long time. Although I haven't used the Samsung refrigerator for a very long time, basd on my experience so far, my choice was absolutely right. My first satisfaction was that it was very quirt, regardless of the refrigerator's performance. This is because the LG refrigerator mad too much noise when the compressor started operating, and intermittently produced another banging friction sound. The 2nd Satisfaction is the design. Most manufacturers' refrigerator colors are silver stainless steel doors, but This product is designed to allow customers to select and apply their preferred color, with black, silver stainless steel as standard colors as well as various modern colors available on the tempered glass. I chose charcoal glass for the top french door and matte black stainless steel for the two freezer drawers; it looks so stylish and beautiful that selecting this refrigerator was enough to transform my old kitchen into a beautiful, modern space. With the design of the Beverage center, it features an energy-efficient door design that allows you to retrieve beverages and cold water/ice by opening a hidden door on the left, just like a vending machine, eliminating the need to open the entire door, which is a very convenient feature. The 3rd aspect of satisfaction is performance. Due to the very simple temperature settings, the upper refrigerator temperature, lower freezer temperature, and middle drawer have maintained consistent results since the flexible temperature(slight freezing) was set once during the initial installation, so there is nothing further to explain

On one of the doors, there's a hidden door with a nice pitcher and water dispenser with fresh cool water. The pitcher automatically tells itself with water whenever you replace it after you have refilled your cup! We use our pitcher for homemade lemonade. 🥰 Having a cup drank out of the pitcher then letting the refrigerator refill it with fresh water then stirring it up perfects the taste! Second drawer can be used for cooling or freezing. The lady for is a pull out drawer for freezing. It's my favorite! The ease of pulling out the drawer is so smooth. Not too mention, although it may seem small, it is very spacious. You can pack just as much food in there as I'd you have a small deep freezer. It freezes products within minutes! It comes with a built in ice maker that has options of large cubes and small cubes. So toy can choose your preference. We love our Samsung refrigerator! We haven't connected it to the wifi yet, but soon plan on using this feature very soon! I heard the smart features on this thing are exceptional! Tracking the filter to let you know when it needs to be replaced, any maintenance issues, or malfunctions this refrigerator makes life more manageable, convenient, and easy.
