Holes and too short

Ordered 13’ x 20’ size. When unrolled it was cut shorter than what we ordered and it had two HOLES in it. No way they could have not noticed before shipping! After trimming out the holes of the already shorter than ordered piece ended up with 13’ x 15’ piece. Will probably not renew membership.

not good for Las Vegas

I was very excited to install this turf. It said it would withstand any climate but apparently not Las Vegas. I purchased a total of 4 rolls and two of them look like the sun has burned them up. They are discolored and don’t resemble grass anymore. I am truly disheartened. It was great initially but did not last long at all. They were also unevenly cut and I had to cut the width of the artificial grass to make them even.

Excellent product, poor company

So to start off when you purchase the rolls it says its 13.12 feet long, when it's actually 12.6 feet long. Once laid out (13 rolls) and tried to combine the seams I realized the roles were not cut even on the seams so they don't line up perfectly which causes you to see every seam when you put it all together. Also the lady that works at select surfaces customer service is very rude. Would recommend if you're looking to just buy one roll and not put it together with other roles. It is by far the best looking artificial grass out there but with poor customer service and quality control it's hard to recommend it.

Great for pets

We were looking for something to put down in part of our outdoor dog area which is gravel. The dogs were tracking the gravel into the house. We laid three rolls after leveling out the ground. We have a 75 pound dog and a 15 pound dog. The grass so far looks great holds up well and keeps the gravel outside. Wish we had gotten the bigger piece instead of laying three rolls but it matches up.
