I found this to be easy to use and very simple to refill with the cartridges. Although it's winter time I turned it on in the house and I did not get any bad smell from it. I will be taking with me on the road when I travel in my motorhome.

Nice to have plenty on hand since we are having to be physically distant even when we are outside these days! I love my thermacells, they are a necessity in Florida!

I would have given 5 stars but the fact that UPS could not get them here on the original date was a huge detriment. Not sure why anyone is still using them to ship product.

These are great, I had bought them as a Good Morning Amerida Deals and Steals the first time. Keeps the critters away. Need to stock up, pest weather is still here.

Excellent customer service. Responded quickly to enquires and fixed an issue I was responsible for. The product itself is great. Keeps our deck clear of mosquitos. When working outside I put it under the table and my ankles are bite free.

I have used Thermacell mosquito repellant for several years. It is great to actually find a product that works.

It works well, but not for very long. The refills are a bit expensive to use for any amount of time on a daily basis.
