[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only had it for a few weeks, but so far we love it. The glass finish looks gorgeous, and the best thing is that it's very quiet. The refrigeration seems to be very efficient, and the ice maker is working without any problems. I'll provide a long term update at the 6 month and 1 year mark.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a horrible time with our previous Samsung refrigerator as the ice machine in the door keep freezing up. After replacing it twice, we replaced the entire refrigerator. The new one (about eight months old) has worked perfectly. The ice machine is in the freezer and produces two sizes of ice. The Beverage Center is in the door and dispenses cold water. One more thing, when food is put in the small compartment (like chocolate chips), they are "off limits" for us to eat as they will be used to make something good in the future. Finally, since the refrigerator is hooked up to wifi, I can monitor it when we are away and stop the ice machine from producing ice.

I originally wrote a review that I like the fridge, but the "white glass" panels are not white at all. It's a light gray at best. Very disappointed in the coloring as it doesn't look at all like the photos. Samsung replied to my review that "The color of the fridge panel can vary based on the type of lighting present. It's always best to visit a local store to check the actual colors in person." Since I can't reply to their response, I'll do so here. First, obviously I saw the fridge in person first, and it's clearly a different color than what arrived at my home. You can see that in my own photo, and no lighting would ever make this the same shade of white that's in every promotional photo or what I saw in person. Looking through review photos on this very website, you can see that the color of the panels varies. I'm attaching a screenshot of a review where both the bottom panels were "white" and but the middle color clearly looks like mine (grey), and the very bottom panel is the white they've advertised. How would lighting explain that one? This is a known quality control issue that I've found discussed on online forums, and I just wish that Samsung would acknowledge it instead of gaslighting us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love this refrigerator. It looks great and the counter depth makes it so much more functional in our kitchen. The beverage center is far more useful than I expected. We use the built-in water jug constantly. Highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flex drawer did not work on my first one. After a month, they finally replaced it with one that was dented before it even got into my house. They tried to schedule again without scheduling a date with me. We finally agreed on a date for A replacement of the replacement and it was dented as well, identified again by the drivers before even got into my home. Again, they showed up at my home with a replacement for this replacement of the replacement without scheduling a date with me and I was out of town. We’ll see if I ever get a quality refrigerator. And the worst part is that every one of these situations takes at least an hour of my time on the phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this because fridge is top and freezer is bottom and cold is the middle with beautiful colors of the glass on the doors and can be change to different color by order. This top fridge has been easy on my back and perfect level to look at the inside of the fridge instead of lower. Love it! I'm recommending you to looking into this for your kitchen!

I missed it so much I had to get for my new house a new Bespoke refrigerator also. We love the Beverage Center and Capacity I would highly recommend this Refrigerator. The Compartment gives you plenty of room. Had to get used to the Configuration

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one nice Fridge, it's large enough to hold several large party trays, and had separate ice maker which produces both large and smaller cubes.Freezer is one of the largest we have seen. So, if you need a fridge big enough for a family, suggest you check this one out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Appliance! Love the amount of room available especially with the flex drawer. Freezer looks like it wont fit as much as actually does fit. Our favorite features are the beverage center & the dual ice options, would recommend!
