Thanks for the fun tool to customize each panel of the refrigerator, my wife loved it matching with other new kitchen appliances. We would give 5-stars for the appliance. However, soon after we purchased the appliance, the price of this refrigerator dropped significantly, and request Samsung to price match if possible.

It has a beverage center with a Very convenient automatically refilled water pitcher. Forget something and leave the door open a little too long? No need to worry. There is an alarm for that. I will keep notifying you and eventually flashes the light inside the refrigerator. The doors are amazing. My son is older now, so we don’t have any certificates hanging on the fridge. The door is made of a glass type material. The deli drawer in the middle is great. You can setup the temperature setting for that specific drawer. Can’t decide what kind of ice to make. This machine churns out 2 types of ice at the same time. I also like the quick reach drinks in the door. The multi functions are almost endless. We have so much more room in the refrigerator it completely amazes me. I would highly encourage everyone to try this refrigerator out.

Rather than try to match stainless steel colors when our previous refrigerator malfunctioned again, the opportunity to liven up the kitchen entirely at first attracted us, but the ease of locating and storing food outweighs the appearance. The beverage center is genius. And, who knew adding a little color would be so much fun?

I moved into a home that had a different dishwasher and stove brand and if my refrigerator that I needed to purchase had another brand on it that was visible it would’ve bothered my OCD brain. I love that it is so clean looking on the outside without a bunch of logos on it because what’s important to me is what’s inside it. I do know the power of branding and I work for a corporation, but this one was especially perfect for me. I love having the additional drawer that is great for things like cheeses. I couldn’t be happier with my new refrigerator.

I have been married for 53years and by far it’s my favorite. Love the design how clean the front is with no handles and it sits flush in its space. My first favorite is the beverage center door with the pitcher that refills itself. The inside is quite deep and has a lot of space.The middle drawer is also great and has so many uses. The freezer and ice maker is also great. Lots of room in there. Great design all the way around.We love it !! I almost forgot to tell you it’s beyond quiet… love that …

I was very surprised to find out how practical it is and how many great features it has. The ice maker is our favorite in the house as it makes big ice cubes and small ice cubes so we can choose which ice cubes we want in our drinks. Having the filtered pitcher of water where we can infuse with any fruit to get flavored water is also a household favorite. The French doors make it very easy to access the fridge and is very practical. I highly recommend this fridge!

Contacted service rep and we were able to rest ice maker and solve the problem. It was a small ice jam.

The overall build quality is excellent. The middle drawer, which can be programmed for different uses, I am using on soft freeze. It's great for meats and I put ice cream in it a couple hours before eating. Makes the ice cream the perfect softness, without being all melty.The drink station is well-designed and a great feature, especially for families and those who try to drink a lot of filtered, icy cold water. The two types of ice cubes is a special treat. The cubes are best in drinks you don't want to get real watered down, while the bite-size ice pieces are perfect for sweet drink and sodas and just right for munching. Honestly, I have very happy with my new Samsung refrigerator!

Technician was amazing. The reason why it took a month someone to come and fix it is because Samsung wouldn’t send someone after 4pm to the connivence of the customer due to work. After business hours should be included.
