On one of the doors, there's a hidden door with a nice pitcher and water dispenser with fresh cool water. The pitcher automatically tells itself with water whenever you replace it after you have refilled your cup! We use our pitcher for homemade lemonade. 🥰 Having a cup drank out of the pitcher then letting the refrigerator refill it with fresh water then stirring it up perfects the taste! Second drawer can be used for cooling or freezing. The lady for is a pull out drawer for freezing. It's my favorite! The ease of pulling out the drawer is so smooth. Not too mention, although it may seem small, it is very spacious. You can pack just as much food in there as I'd you have a small deep freezer. It freezes products within minutes! It comes with a built in ice maker that has options of large cubes and small cubes. So toy can choose your preference. We love our Samsung refrigerator! We haven't connected it to the wifi yet, but soon plan on using this feature very soon! I heard the smart features on this thing are exceptional! Tracking the filter to let you know when it needs to be replaced, any maintenance issues, or malfunctions this refrigerator makes life more manageable, convenient, and easy.

I no longer need to purchase ice when I have a party. I love the app. I can check on the refrigerator when I am away from home. I love the middle drawer—even my husband can find things in there. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a dream come true fridge and I really love the spacious drawers and ability to organize my food. However, I want with the removable door shelves, and all of the shelves inside of the fridge can be moved. Even the flex cold drawer has an organizer that can be removed to give you a bigger space for charcuterie, boards, or more wine bottles or anything that you need. The freezer is a great drawer length and depth so I could put so much in there and not have to rely on another fridge or freezer outside. On hot days when we go and get groceries, I feel confident in putting food into the fridge, knowing that the temperatures will keep it cool and make it cold fast.

The flex zone is extremely helpful since it can be set to a wide variety of temperatures. It has a very well thought-out inside and it's optimized to fit as much capacity as you could want. The stainless is very nice, but if you don't like stainless there's a multitude of colors and there's glass options as well. One thing Samsung refrigerators have struggled with in the past is the ice makers, but this one is rock solid, no pun intended. Being located in the freezer and not in a door means it's making ice where it should, not in a refrigerated section. The drink station is amazing too, nothing better than filling an owala with the pitcher that's already ready to go!

Only one negative comment so far; the water in the pitcher starts to taste and smell weird after a few days of no use, probably absorbing all the food odor.

The fourth drawer is customizable and can be used as either a refrigerator or a freezer. It has a lot of storage space. One con: The only drawback is that it was advertised as fingerprint-resistant, but unfortunately, it shows fingerprints. Other than that, it’s a perfect refrigerator.
