Hello, We understand the disappointment about the refrigerator that does not cool. Let us help. We have a troubleshooting guide to check the cooling performance of the freezer. The guide includes several helpful tips, such as checking if your fridge is in Sabbath mode, has a power issue, disabling the Cooling Off mode, leveling your refrigerator, setting the recommended temperature, and watching a video tutorial that guides you from start to finish.
