My wife fell in love with the turquoise and white colors of our new Samsung Bespoke 4 door, French door refrigerator as soon as she saw it on the showroom floor. We both like that 1) it's very roomy, 2) there's a middle drawer that can be used either for refrigeration or freezing, 3) the left French door can be fully or partially opened to either access the full contents of the left side of the refrigerator or to just access the contents that are on the inside of the left side French door. We also like how easy it is to set the refrigerator and freezer temperatures using a smart phone app. It's also very quiet which is much appreciated.

It offers a sleek, modern design that instantly upgrades the kitchen, and the customizable look is a huge bonus. The interior is spacious, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of room for groceries, beverages, and freezer storage. I also appreciate how well it maintains temperature and keeps food fresh longer. The features are convenient, user-friendly, and make daily use easy. My only concern is with the top left door latch, which tends to stick fairly often. Because of this, the door doesn't always close properly unless you double-check it, which can be frustrating and could potentially affect cooling efficiency if unnoticed. Aside from that one issue, this refrigerator performs very well and has been a solid purchase. If Samsung could improve the door latch reliability, it would be nearly perfect.

We like the water dispenser on the outside, but water should over the cups easily, that's why the 4 stars. Other wise a great refrigerator. I also have it connected to my phone... Tells me when fridge is opened or closed... Could be an issue if your other half is trying to watch what they are eating and you know every time the fridge is opened! Lol

Water supply has to be turned off before changing the filter, else will damage the filter panel. Had to already get it replaced. Fortunately it was within warranty and Samsung replaced it promptly without any charge. Cooling is consistent and airflow is distributed.

I appreciate the door alarm as I have a child who often leaves the drawer open after grabbing his snack. Keeps food at the temperature that we like.

I dislike the drawers that seem to be the go to with many brands because they lack space. The flex with its mini lower "fridges" have so much room and the main compartment is huge, with spacious storage on the doors. I love the option of an additional mini fridge for my fruits and veggies and an on-hand freezer to complement my large garage freezer. I went with stainless steel, but it's pretty nifty that I can buy panels to match my fancy. Overall, I'm very happy, I love that I can set times for making ice, whether or not my pitcher is prefilled, manage my flex zones it's fancy without being over the top!Everyone that sees my fridge has been impressed and has said that it'll be their next purchase.

Performance-wise, it keeps everything consistently cold, and the FlexZone drawer is incredibly useful. love that can switch it between fridge and freezer depending on what I need-it's perfect for extra drinks during gatherings or freezing bulk items. The beverage center and built-in water pitcher are also super convenient and something I didn't realize use as much as do. Storage is well thought out, with plenty of room and adjustable shelving that actually makes a difference when organizing groceries. The double ice maker is a nice bonus, especially for entertaining.
