[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the large capacity refrigerator. Great cooling and freezer. Pleased with the hidden water dispenser. Both options of ice are really good, but the issues comes that if not used often the build up is bad and damages the ice maker which causes leakage. The water pitcher is great and fills 4 cups of water, but you must be on top of it because he moisture on the cap causes mold. The freezer capacity is good, but you need to bend down to get your items. The deli area is convenient for easy access. The door shelves are ok but limited to certain products in size. Love the SmartThings app and the connectivity of keeping you informed on the status and items in the fridge only, no doors, freezer or deli drawer. Over all, it saves on electricity based on the report, but I don't personally notice it on my electric bill.

Water supply has to be turned off before changing the filter, else will damage the filter panel. Had to already get it replaced. Fortunately it was within warranty and Samsung replaced it promptly without any charge. Cooling is consistent and airflow is distributed.

Great silent fridge with 2 types of ice for you. Efficient counter depth fridge. Inside is like an open concept, it seems we have more space than our last fridge. The door in door concept is very convenient for the water system and we have been using the water container infuser, our water never tasted better. Thank you Samsung for our new fridge…

Enjoy the ice maker offering two different size cubes is cool. The beverage center is phenomenal with a picture of cold water at your fingertips as well as being able to fill the tallest water bottles for on the go. Freezer has great capacity for those larger items.

The only issue we have is the water dispenser. The spigot is a bit slow and the water pitcher does not always fill up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge its self is amazing. The auto fill water pitcher is literally the best feature of this machine. I'll never buy a fridge without it. It's the only way I get water from my fridge. And talk about ice capacity. I'll never run out of ice. The only issue is the ice doesn't level itself out so I do have to pull the ice forward to have it produce more ice. But even so it makes ice so quickly. Somewhere between 5 and 10 pounds of ice a day. Great machine.

The beverage center with the unique two door design is great too, allowing for just use of accessing beverages or opening that side of the refrigerator. The middle drawer flex space is amazing too, with the ability to change the temperature and storage use. Of course when paired with the smart things app, it’s really great to customize, monitor, and change settings remotely which is very convenient. The cooling capacity features a wide range of options throughout with the ability to section off the cooling areas. Truly a modern marvel.

What stands out right away is the design. The Bespoke panels give it a clean, high-end look that actually makes the kitchen feel more put together. It doesn’t stick out awkwardly either, so it blends in nicely with cabinets. Functionally, it’s very well thought out. The 4-door layout is more useful than I expected. The middle drawer (FlexZone) is especially handy—you can switch it between fridge and freezer depending on what you need that week. Storage is flexible, and I’ve had no problem fitting large items.

I was skeptical to buy at first because the shelves did not seem to have a many adjustable options and the freezer did not have shelves that I had with my side by side. After using this refrigerator, I found that there was plenty of space and the shelving was not an issue. For the freezer, I bought 2 adjustable containers which helped to separate my foods and I love it. I love the 2 different ice cubes and the smart features that allow you to fill the water pitcher or turn on our of the ice makers. I am very satisfied with this refrigerator.

The flex drawer is great for snacks and deli items. I got the counter depth but it feels so spacious because it has a lot of door space too. We love the water jug dispenser. It fills our coffee maker at once and our water bottles. So happy with this fridge.
