[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased to replace another 4 door Samsung fridge that had warranty problems that could not be fixed. This 4-door model is nice. The drawer holds cans of soda as well as vegs. the settings give me the latitude to change to 4 different temps. The freezer and ice tray are very adequate and hold everything needed for our family. It's nice being able to control this refrigerator from my phone. changing temperatures or turning the ice maker on or off as needed and the power freeze or cool settings, very nice. The beverage center allows filling a glass with cold water speedier than using the water dispenser. The ice bins with two sizes is a nice touch and never run out of ice. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase of this Bespoke refrigerator.

It is beautiful in the kitchen, and the beverage center is a really cool feature! The shelving configurations are the only drawback as neither the main compartment shelf spacing, not the fit shelf spacing allow for much space for taller items. Overall, however, we love it!

I replaced a older model with this Bespoke unit because I wanted the larger capacity and the convenience of the beverage center and the flex zone (kids snack drawer). This refrigerator has been in use for over 6 months now and has been working flawlessly. The stainless surface is easy to clean and looks great. It is very spacious inside and has very good cooling and it does so evenly throughout, no warmer or colder spots. As far as I can tell my electric usage is about the same. Also it is very quiet I don't hear it running like my older model. Very happy with this refrigerator and I would recommend it to others.

I say this because we did have a problem with our new Bespoke 4-door French door refrigerator and Samsung made it right and replaced our unit. Regarding what we love about the refrigerator - it is fantastic from top to bottom inside and out. We loved this model so much we bought one for our last home and then sold the home. We had a different high end refrigerator in our new home and after one month, we replaced it with another Bespoke! It is tough to find any design negatives to on the Bespoke.

I bought this in August of 2021, and while the overall experience has been nice we've had a few issues that are souring our opinion. We enjoy having the right side door shelf access, and the shelving configuration is quite good. An average grocery load fits rather easily, and having adaptability to accommodate a gallon of milk and a crock pot at the same time is welcome. The doors all open easily, but shut firmly and the door alarm has saved me more than a couple times. However, there have been a few problems, ordered here from least to most important. The ice maker, while perfectly functional, does tend to frost and ice over quite rapidly. If you go a few days without using ice, it can be a little hard to get started again. It always sounds like you're getting crushed ice, even when dispensing cubes. Out of the box, the door mounted water pitcher leaked like a sieve from the seal between the lid and the body. I looked into replacing it, and it was surprisingly expensive to replace. Later attempts to remold the plastic, unsurprisingly, failed. A month after, we left some lemons in there too long, and discovered that citric acid can degrade and eat away at polystyrene, of which the inner diffuser and outer pitcher is made. In December of 2023, we noticed problems with the Freezer maintaining setpoint (SP = -8°F, Act. = 26-39°F). Contacted Samsung, and they sent out a tech who diagnosed and recharged the refrigerant. Now, 4 months later we're starting to have the same problem again with food thawing. Keeping food cold is the primary purpose of a refrigerator, and a paltry 2.5 year lifespan is appallingly fast to experience problems like this.

Everything is working a expected so far and the beverage center is a must have upgrade as it has both water dispenser and auto fill pitcher. The middle drawer is very nice and meta cooling sheet in main area seems to be nice to have as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted this fridge for a long time. Moved into a new build and bought my fridge. I love it. I have all white, which initially i wasn't going for, but it has worked out well. I use the white glass as a wipe board to make grocery lists, menu ideas/plans, and the kids love to draw on it. The beverage center is the best, 2 types of ice to chose from, and the middle flex drawer is perfect for my littles snacks and juices. It has worked so well for our needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator for about 3 months now, and it is working like a charm. I really like the beverage center being on the inside, rather than outside. The ice tray is great, with the two sixes of ice, the kids love to grab the scoop and serve themselves ice. I like the clean look with no handles or knobs, but I have to admit staying ahead of the finger prints is a bit of a challenge.
