Between all the space and organizational units, including a separate beverage section, to being able to easily connect to my phone, to the overall aesthetic this fridge is just the best in the market! The glass looks so great and the features are incredible. It’s quiet and the drink center is so convenient. We love it!

I've had the Bespoke frig for 2 weeks now and couldn't be happier. It's modern and very quiet. I really enjoy the Deli drawer and the Beverage Center. The mini cubes of ice is also great. My only comment is that if you want it in white, understand that it's really more of a light gray.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So we’ve only had this fridge about a week or so and lemme tell you. I LOVE It! Love love love it. It’s a very nice and open fridge and plenty of freezer space. I currently am using the middle drawer as a deli drawer and it’s super great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only had the new refrigerator a few weeks, and are lovin it! Lots of room for everything! Space was needed desperately, especially during the holidays as our family gathers together. We now have plenty of space to store those special holiday dishes. The deli tray is definitely a favorite to grab snacks and hold pies.

I bought this fridge about 2 years ago, first year there was an issue with the mother board and the warranty people came and fixed it had the same issue again. Now after 26 months this fridge gave up, I am not sure how Samsung is making such junk .... these items are supposed to last for at least 7-10 years. 2K for something that fails after 2 years is not reliable product

Before I bought this refrigerator, I found all really good reviews. The problem, though, is that the stainless doors dent and scuff so easily. Now we have a refrigerator that looks like a scratch and dent, but we paid full price for it. I don't know how the other alternate panels hold up, but we don't want to pay more if they're as fragile as the stainless ones are. I wish we had bought a different refrigerator.

I say this because we did have a problem with our new Bespoke 4-door French door refrigerator and Samsung made it right and replaced our unit. Regarding what we love about the refrigerator - it is fantastic from top to bottom inside and out. We loved this model so much we bought one for our last home and then sold the home. We had a different high end refrigerator in our new home and after one month, we replaced it with another Bespoke! It is tough to find any design negatives to on the Bespoke.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in December, and after a month’s use I can say this is a decent refrigerator. The only drawback is the French door doesn’t close upon slow push after open, instead, you need to press-it-in.
