[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the most feature that everyone loves in my household is having autofill water pitcher. this is genius. this feature provides with continues supply of filtered cold water at any time that can be infused with lemon or green tea. it takes seconds to refill my water bottle. the ice maker dispenses two types of ice that is different in size, ice cubes and ice bites. this is a very fancy option to have available for making different types of cocktails. the middle door is called flex zone. i have it set up to a deli mode that has a temperature set to 37 f. i am considering to change it to a wine mode with a temperature set of 41f. this literally converts a middle door to a mini wine fridge.

Atrocious quality for a mid-$2000 product! Bought in July 2022, was super pleased with it. Now, about 3y later, fridge/freezer will not cool down to set temperatures, remaining somewhat cool. Worse is that the freezer is at 40F!!! Going through the online forums, this appears to be a common issue. Not much help from Samsung, who've requested to file a service request. Who knows how much that is going to cost...My wife and I've been loyal Samsung customers, I suppose it is time to rethink this.

It was our first choice in our kitchen renovation. All our appliance is Samsung, including the dishwasher, microwave and stove. Our bespoke is the center piece of the kitchen, especially the beverage section, a door within a door, it's different, it attracts the attention of our guest and often a conversation piece of how it complements the renovation.

They are all connected to the internet for daily operation, which is intimidating for a 78 year old. At this time the only negative concern is the freezer draw bottom needs to be higher off the floor because it has caused my wife to have the door push back her toe nail and be very painful and scraped my toes as well.

The sleek and modern flat glass panels are attractive and instantly upgrades any kitchen. The interchangeable color panels also offer families the ability to change the overall look of their kitchens without buying new appliances. In addition, the lack of protruding handles contributes to this fridge’s overall classy appearance. The inside features of the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator offer the ultimate in flexibility and space. Expansive shelves offer ample room to accommodate the needs of our large family. Everything is able to be organized into a space that offers the best temperature setting to maintain freshness. The beverage center has been a huge plus with this refrigerator. We love the ability to store a variety of drinks and have them easily accessible without having to open the entire fridge. Having the water pitcher that automatically refills with fresh filtered water makes hydration a breeze! One of the most valued features of the fridge for us has been the flexibility to change the temperature of the center drawer, allowing us to have additional storage space for deli meats and cheese. Finally, the freezer compartments for the fridge are huge and provide plenty of space for frozen foods and two sizes of ice! Having the ability to monitor and control all the temperature settings from our phones makes everything about this refrigerator even better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Bespoke fridge is absolutely beautiful. Wonderful lighting, love the glass fronts - it's so much easier to keep clean with my sticky fingered roommate who constantly smudged the stainless steel and left fingerprints. With the shiny glass you barely see it and its easy to wipe up using glass cleaner without having to deal with streaks. The beverage center is great - love the water pitcher and dispenser. Make sure you run a TON of water and cubes though, we still get a funky plastic taste from time to time - I may need to just get a new filter. The double cube option is great. I do miss having the dispenser in the door for it, however. But, the pull out tray makes it relatively handy nonetheless. There's a ton of space and it is mostly laid out well. The exception is the main fridge. They really should have split the shelves and allowed for some more adjustments. You are very limited to adjustability, which in turn means I have trouble fitting taller items in the fridge and either have to lay them down or use my second fridge. Overall, however, its a wonderful refrigerator - it just needs a few tweaks. Also - one thing to note - Add an extra 1-2" to the depth it states when measuring. Even though you can remove the doors/drawers to facilitate delivery - the "feet" stick out almost 2" which caused a hassle for us. Ultimately, we were able to tip the unit and remove those too - but its a lot of extra work.

I purchased this refrigerator nearly 2 1/2 years ago and the freezer stopped working. We initially noticed ice was not being made but seemed to stay cold. Two days later, we opened the freezer and everything in it was thawed and the temperature reading on fridge said 46 degrees. Contacted the warranty people and they scheduled an appointment for us Saturday and cancelled halfway through the day with a reschedule 2 weeks later, which was cancelled 2 days later citing "too expensive to repair". We absolutely love this fridge and were very disappointed that the ice / freezer went out so soon.

We bought this fridge less than a year ago. The picture wasn't filling, so we removed the filter to get the model number. When we put it back in something happened and the filter leaked. We woke up to a flooded kitchen, laundry room, and half bath. We are having to have a water remediation company come in for repairs on our new floors. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!

Our Bespoke refrigerator is counter depth and fits perfectly into our kitchen space. The center drawer is useful. We use it in Deli mode. The freezer space isn't huge, but we have our old refridgerator in the garage, so space isn't an issue. The beverage center is great. It allows a clean look while providing both a cold water dispense and a 'never empty' water pitcher behind an easy to open door. This item had good reviews. I expect to have good service for a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator a few weeks and we are so happy with it. The beverage center is everyone’s favorite feature. It is so easy to refill those water bottles or pour a glass of infused water. I also like the depth and arrangement of shelves that make it easy to reach everything and less likely to lose items in the back of a shelf. I didn’t know if we would like the drawer freezer and ice in the bottom, but we do!
