[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ex-owner of Samsung, Whirlpool, Kitchenaid and LG refrigerators, but I will say that Samsung has made a gold mine with their Bespoke refrigerator. I have the beverage center and when I remove the pitcher of water to fill my coffee maker or glasses, then I place the pitcher back, it fills back up right away. Both ice trays keep up with our family of 3 and that was one of our biggest problem with the other refrigerators above. The other main problem with the above refrigerators was, very noisy, the the Bespoke is so quite, I have to make was it’s still on and making ice. You will make your best investment with the Bespoke.

I love the look, but I don't care for having to hold the refrigerator open while I get water, it just doesn't feel very energy efficient, even worse the freezer having to stay open to get ice. It is very spacious & adds to the appearance of my kitchen.

Thankfully we got the extended warranty, and we got credit to buy a new one. We like this device so much that we decided to get the same model and give Samsung a second chance. Just in case we got the extended warranty again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the Bespoke Counter Depth 4-Door French Door Refrigerator (23 cu. ft.) with Beverage Center™ in Morning Blue Glass Top Panel with White Glass Middle and Bottom Panels. The multi functions are almost endless. We have so much more room in the refrigerator it completely amazes me. I would highly encourage everyone to try this refrigerator out.

Bought this in July 2023. Lots of space inside. Like the ice maker. Looks good in the kitchen. Clean front appearance as there are no handles or water/ice dispenser on the face of the fridge. Like the beverage center. My only gripe is the way the lower center part inside the fridge sinks a little bit. There is a water filter cartridge in the center and therefore the water may be adding weight. Doesnt bother me. Overall it's a great fridge.

Space was needed desperately, especially during the holidays as our family gathers together. We now have plenty of space to store those special holiday dishes. The deli tray is definitely a favorite to grab snacks and hold pies.

The delivery people said they weren't allowed to hook up the water line, which seems odd since it states that this is part of installation, and no new water line was with the refrigerator. The description says it would be. Other than having to hook it up myself and get the heavy refrigerator in place alone, I have had no issues with the refrigerator. It has made Ice as described and cooled the refrigerator and freezer as expected. It is nice to have the cool water always available. The filter has a small filtering effect, so I continue to use my counter filter for drinking water. The fridge looks good, is easy to keep clean, and I enjoy having the small middle drawer to organize certain foods to my convenience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] really like my new fridge and the beverage center. i don't have to open both french doors to get to the middle drawer which is a big plus. the auto fill pitcher is a time saver and nice when entertaining so i don't have to stand and fill multiple glasses of water.

We weren't sure about the hidden water and the ice in the freezer, but it has turned out to be the best fridge we have ever had. The automatically filling water pitcher saves a ton of time that used to be spent standing there filling up cups, water bottles, etc. for our family each day. The ice actually being in the freezer with much larger bins to collect it all has essentially made it so that we never run out of ice like we did with our previous in-door models from other brands. This fridge is also much quieter than the last two brands we have owned which is a nice bonus. So far so good. You should get this fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this fridge! Stainless steel doesnt show fingerprints. Easy access to water. Lots and flof space inside! My 2nd Samsung fridge. Last one lasted 15 yrs. Its nice knowing that if i ever wanted to change the look, the panels are easy to replace.
