[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have now had the Bespoke 4-door French door refrigerator for about a month. We are loving the small ice and beverage door. Since we are in the hottest days of summer. We always have cold beverages and ice on hand. We are also enjoying the self filling pitcher by placing cucumber slices inside the infuser container. Cucumber water is so hydrating. The Refrigerator is so beautiful also!

It’s very spacious, maintains temperature perfectly, and looks perfect in my kitchen. The flex drawer and the auto fill water pitcher are my favorite features. I ordered it in stainless steel, which looks great, but I’ll also be ordering glass panels just to change up the look a bit. At least for the moment, I can’t imagine how I would improve on this design, because it’s pretty perfect.

The drink door is a nice touch, and the separate water pitcher is convenient for fast filling. I love how each section of the fridge can be customized, which provides nice flexibility.

You don't realize how amazing it is to never have to fill up a water pitcher ever again is, until you NEVER have to do it! It's also great having two types of ice (both big and small cubes)!

i got this fridge just over a year ago. the fridge is great inside big and everything. the only problem that i have that is giving this a one star review is that a month ago now the fridge stopped working. got loud and stopped freezing. scheduled a repair and the company that i was sent to was booked for 3 months (A-1 Repair in Maryland, USA) and samsung told me that if i could find someone in the area to fix it i would get reimbursed. well i got it serviced locally was told it was a closed system leak and would have a get a samsung closed system repair to fix it. i told A-1 repair to put me on list and then a few days later i got a call from A-1 that they can no longer service my fridge due to the ONLY closed system repair person is out on medical leave for an unknown amount of time. it has now been a month since the fridge broke and only 3 months past factory warranty now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator about 2 months ago. It is innovative with practical features and technologies. The only negative is the ice maker(s) capacity. You have to pull the ice forward in the tray in order to keep making ice. One of the best features is the two part left door. The beverage center makes it convenient to grab beverages without opening the whole door.

We bought this fridge nearly 2 years ago. We were impressed at the start but over time the less than desired functionality was realized. There is no need for two types of ice. It takes up valuable freezer space. One type is enough. The water dispenser and jug do take up valuable fridge space. The water jug novelty wore off. The depth of the fridge is not that great. The middle row drawer could have been inside the fridge instead. And no handles on the doors is actually more problematic than good as finger and hand prints are constant on the door face. We would not buy again.
