They are all connected to the internet for daily operation, which is intimidating for a 78 year old. At this time the only negative concern is the freezer draw bottom needs to be higher off the floor because it has caused my wife to have the door push back her toe nail and be very painful and scraped my toes as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Who knew that you could get excited over a refrigerator? I have never had a fridge quite like this one with all its wonderful features. We have the white glass panels and they are super easy to keep clean. To be honest, I wasn’t really sure how much I would like this model, but it looks very simple and elegant. Let’s start on the bottom and move up. The freezer is a large drawer and is very spacious. I wasn’t sure how I would like a drawer, but it definitely has more room than I expected. It’s a little harder to keep things organized than a freezer with shelves, but it is not hard to move things around and find your items. On the top of the drawer is a tray that has your ice maker. It makes two different size ice cubes which is really convenient and on top of the ice is a little scoop. The ice maker takes up half of the tray and on the other side is a little space for smaller items. We like to keep our ice for lunch boxes in this space and my migraine ice caps. Above the freezer is another drawer that you can use on different settings. We use ours as a beverage drawer and fill it with soda and water. It keeps our drinks at a perfect temperature and it’s really handy to just grab your drink from the drawer. Next is the fridge which is very spacious. It has two doors and the doors each have shelves to help organize. There are three shelves in the fridge and they are somewhat adjustable. There are two drawers inside… I use one for my veggies/fruits and the other for deli product like meat and cheese. On the left side, there is this mini door that opens up to a water dispenser and also an autofill pitcher. I love this feature because we can grab some ice from the freezer compartment and then grab our water from the pitcher and the next time we go back into the fridge, the pitcher is full again. Or you can just use the water dispenser to fill your glass up. All-in-all, my whole family loves this fridge and it has been a great addition to our kitchen. And when someone forgets to close the door, it alerts to my phone and even on our TV. The app is easy to use and shows pertinent information.

The beverage center is novel with its awesome autofill pitcher plus the regular water dispenser. The middle drawer is very convenient as it can be used as either a refrigerator or a freezer depending on your need/preference. The dual auto ice maker is great. It is fingerprint-resistant and very easy to clean. And of course, being a smart refrigerator, it has Wi-Fi connectivity so you can easily manipulate temperature from your smartphone. Family has been using this for several months now and so far, it's doing really well.

I absolutely LOVE this refrigerator! I do wish it came with a book explaining all the features and how to utilize them. The only issue I’ve had is getting it to connect to the app on my phone. I replaced a 5 year old LG refrigerator that went out multiple times.

If you are always on the run, have kids, or like to host this is the Refrigerator of your dreams. Grabbing ice is quick and you have to love the ice bites for cocktails. The beverage center with water pitcher and autofill might just be our favorite feature. It makes it so easy to fill my families water bottles when we are on the go. We also love the flex drawer as we can use it for deli meats or a secondary freezer! Lastly we are amazed how perfect the custom panels matched our existing kitchen cabinets.

Having the middle drawer with a selectable temperature range is an outstanding feature. Easy access for cold drinks and water through the left door with the auto fill pitcher is another very creative idea. Bottom freezer compartment is easy access and has tons of room for frozen items. Another unique feature of this refrigerator is its capability to make two different sizes of ice cubes, smaller for drinks larger for other uses. They drop into a very easy accessible removable tray if you wish use higher quantities. Lastly the ability to choose the color scheme of the the door and drawer panels to match or harmonize with your kitchen decor gives the buyer the ability to customize the look of the refrigerator to their personal taste or liking! Very versatile refrigerator with great options to suit anyones needs as well as personal tastes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this fridge a couple of months ago. we really liked the beverage feature of the fridge, especially the jug. it is very convenient to use and we love how it refills itself. We also like that we can write on the fridge with dry-erase markers and leave cool notes for the family. We love the amount of space we get with the extra drawers and the cabinets. we really like the ice cubes and how they separate the big cubes and the small cubes. since the ice maker is in the freezer, the top shelf got extra space. the middle shelf was good to cool your wine, beer, and some spices. It is a well-thought design. I hope this fridge runs for at least 20 years, as my previous Samsung one only lasted 6 years, my fingers are crossed!

I bought this less than a month ago and the panels are so flimsy that I got one dent on it during professional installation and now I already have another dent. I am in a household with no children and have had zero issues with any other Samsung refrigerator we have owned in the past. We have bought 4 Samsung refrigerators in the past 5 years just between moving and upgrading. This has got me wanting to look at other brands.
