THIS BESPOKE 4-DOOR FRENCH DOOR REFRIGERATOR IS A STATEMENT MAKER FOR EVERYONE THAT COMES TO MY HOME. I LOVE THE LOOK OF IT. IT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE ANY OTHER ORDINARY APPLIANCE. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this beautiful fridge about a month ago and the freezer immediately frosted over. There are little to no printed instructions. They require you to download an app to adjust the temperature and find any sort of instructions. Several calls to customer service haven’t solved the problem. It’s like the service people are reading from a sheet of paper and have no clue how the fridge works. I’m afraid the installers didn’t put the freezer door on properly. But I can’t locate any problems myself. Super frustrating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced our 10 yr old GE side by side and I LOVE it! Easy to organize and room for everything. Leftovers go on the top shelf & no linger get lost behind bigger items! Eggs and dinner prep items go on the lowesr shelf & everything inbetween fits on the main shelf & in the doors. I set the drawer up in the deli setting (initially used beverage, but that froze the cheese) for the kids so they aren't constantly opening the fridge browsing for a snack. The top of the freezer opposite the ice is for frozen treats & snacks, ice packs & specialty ice... again, quick access for kids & hubby. I set the bottom up for meal items. And we LOVE LOVE LOVE the ice options & beverage center! No more breaking & busting large icecubes for kids' waterbottles. 😍 We've had it a month & not a single negative thing to say about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our third Samsung refrigerator, our first worked fine but we liked the look and color choice on our new one and I keep a second fridge in the garage as overflow and we keep drinks for kids since we have a gym in the garage. This is our Samsung refrigerator and we love the sleek, elegant look it gives our kitchen. I like that the beverage center is inside the fridge and the auto refill pitcher is awesome. It has plenty of room I just wish it had a shelf for taller bottles, milk gallons and or pitchers (we make our own homemade teas). And even though the ice maker is in the freezer area I was still able to fit a lot in it. I’ll just have to contact customer service about it not making enough ice. We’ve had it for about two weeks now and the ice maker has never filled up either side. I also like that the center drawer can be adjusted to what your putting in there and you can adjust the temperatures. You can store cans upright and bottles laying down .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like this refrigerator! It is very spacious. Even though our old frig was the same size, it seems like we can fit a lot more in it. We also like the 2 sized ice cubes! We just would have hoped that they would dispense a little quicker. I like the auto fill water pitcher they have.

Please know this review is coming from someone who swore she would never buy a Samsung fridge, other family members have had other models and it's just been one nightmare after another for them. Still, I couldn't ignore this model's great reviews and the fantastic design. Bought in Sept 2023, love EVERYTHING about this fridge!! Love the beverage center, flex deli/freezer drawer, the space, 2 kinds of ice...just the best fridge ever!!! I do wish there was an option to create your own design printed behind the glass on the doors. That would be so killer! Anyway, get this baby, you won't regret it!!
