The fridge barely lasted 3 years. We bought it Dec 2022, by Jan 31, 2026 the entire unit stopped cooling. I was excited for this product because I love the features. But We will never buy Samsung appliances again

Ice maker broke with in two years. First time they fixed it , because it was covered under the warranty. As soon my warranty expired I had the same issues with the ice maker . Never going to purchase another Samsung fridge.

After numerous hours on the phone with Samsung this was repaired. Now the refrigerator won't consistently cool to the set temp of 36, it wanders up to 44. To say we are disappointed in Samsung quality is an understatement. We will never purchase another Samsung product.

The small ice dispenser stopped working than completely broke and needs to be replaced. The bigger ice was having issues recently too.

Overall, I have been very happy with the refrigerator. My only complaint is the ice maker. It uses a sensor that often seems to think the ice bin is full when it isn't. When the freezer door is closed, the ice tends to shift toward the back of the bucket, making it appear fuller than it actually is and sometimes limiting ice production. While it's not a major issue, it is a design flaw that could be improved. Other than that, this is an excellent refrigerator, and I would recommend it.
