Greetings, Sue, please know your happiness is very important to us; we're very sad to learn you're not 100% satisfied with your Cascade Platinum Plus ActionPacs, with Fresh Scent. Our Quality Team assures us that every pac and package meets our high standards, so what you're describing isn't what we expect. We hope you'll give us a call, and tell us more about this. Our number is 1 (800) 765-5516; we're here Mondays through Fridays, from 9 AM to 6 PM, EST.

We're sorry to hear your dishes weren't left spotless like we expect from the many quality checks we have in place. To get the best results, be sure your water is at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit/49 degrees Celsius. Also, when loading the machine, be sure all items will get the full spray and that your spray arms aren’t blocked. We'd like to get more information to help, as well as share your experience with our Quality team. When you have a minute, please get in touch with us at (800) 765-5516.
