sometimes the pods don't melt. some were hardly melted at all. just left in the pod space. had to be re-washed.

There are no water spots after using it once and didn’t unload the dishwasher till the next afternoon!

I always order from Sam’s this order was not put together properly! The lid on this was broken so it was open when it came.
