Got it for christmas - with hopes that kids will be able to start cooking. This little thing not only makes it easy cooking grains, but also bakes (on multi option) - made great japaneese fluffy cheesecake. And mac and cheese is great too. Definitely makes cooking fresh meals simpler, but does not decrease cooking time.

You can preset the stuff you usually cook so you don’t have to keep programming it each time. It has a nice heavy duty three prong cord. Easy to clean. I like the warm and the heat feature. Has a nice menu button so you can cook a lot of different things in this. My rice and beans came out perfectly done and delicious. I highly recommend it.

This brand for rice cookers is excellent! This particular one works well and cleans easily. The rice made tastes so delicious! I've used the sticky rice setting and it's great too. The only con I have is you press the bottom to open the top, and the top is heavier than you might expect, meaning it can swing back aggressively if you're not careful. Otherwise, perfect. Love it! And it's pretty.
