King Estate mattress badly sagging after 3 months..sterns and foster is not the quality mattress it once was..10 yr warranty is a joke..they will not help me at all..told me to contact retailer I bought it from..they told me they could not help and to contact sterns and foster..do not waste your money ...

I am 62 and bought the Estate Collection Firm Pillow Top mattress with adjustable frame 127 days ago. My old mattress was soft and caused back and hip pain so I opted for the mattress with the firm topper. I am a back and side sleeper. Although the mattress initially felt comfortable and luxurious it started agitating my back and hips and I feel pain within 10 minutes of getting up in the morning that lasts all day. Unfortunately, I cannot return the mattress (trial period expired) and it was a very expensive purchase for me. I'm considering buying a Tempur-Pedic topper to see if that gives my back and hips some relief. I wish I had purchased a mattress with a medium topper instead. The medium one may have given me that hotel level luxury sleep I was striving for.

It is thick enough that all of the new sheets fit it too. I hadn't had this brand of mattress before this one and I wish I had tried it sooner. Other mattresses I had in the past were always too soft. This mattress being firm is going to help my back pain and I'm already sleeping better. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am glad this is a soft mattress. I cannot fathom sleeping on anything BUT soft mattresses. Form or medium are just too rough on my back and not good for posture. Definitely different than the mattress in a box that I am used to getting. Set up was a bit tricky. Especially because I wasn't expecting it to stand so high off the floor! It's very thick. very thick. Makes it a bit more difficult to get in and out. But overall that's the biggest complaint I have. It's a nice mattress and I'm confident it will last me for years and years .

This is a pretty fantastic mattress, it offers lots of support, you can tell it's very high quality. The mattress I was sleeping on before was only two years old and never offered this type of support, this mattress literally hugs your body and doesn't put extra pressure on your joints. Me and my Beau, both have been sleeping on this mattress and have been sleeping much better and more soundly, my Beau has said his back and legs hurt less since we started using this mattress, it's also much quicker to get comfortable which has resulted in less tossing and turning. I would absolutely buy this product and recommend it to anyone looking for a new mattress, that is not only comfortable but provides support, it's worth every penny. The mattress itself is very luxurious looking, it has a nice blue and a beautiful pattern on the pillow top, you can see how high quality the stitching is and the soft handles make it very easy to move, it is a bit heavy-duty but I think that adds to the fact it's made to last. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given the opportunity to receive a free Estate soft tight top mattress from Stearns & Foster to try and give my honest opinion. I must say that it came at the right time. I'm currently recovering from surgery and waited until it was safe enough for me to switch out my old mattress with this one. As soon as I laid down, I knew that would be the first night I got a decent amount of sleep since coming home after my procedure. With my old mattress, I was constantly trying to turn over due to the springs being extremely uncomfortable which wasn't a good idea for someone who was in pain. I love the Fleur de Lis design on the mattress since it's a symbol that represents my home state. I really like how my body "sinks" into the bed especially after a long day BUT I do wonder if it will hold up after some time has passed. This concern could simply be due to the mattresses that I'm use to so I will definitely pay attention to it. If I had to choose a different type from this company, I would go for the Lux Estate Medium because of the added materials which are perfect for people like me who could really use the cooling cover and Tempur-Indulge Memory Foam. For the price, I would've never been able to purchase it myself, but I would certainly recommend it to people who can afford it. Awful. We got it to replace a 20 yr old S&F. This mattress is a work of pure evil. Underneath you is some sort of material that resembles a thin wool blanket. It will keep you very hot. I've tried sleeping on it for 3 nights, I got 3hrs one night and 2 x 5hrs before being woken by furnace like temperatures. How much of that was REM God only knows. If you like to control your body temp and 'security' by way of your own blankets, seriously look elsewhere. You'll likely find that you'll need to pitch your blankets off which in turn will leave that part of your body getting gradually colder. Their sales documentation states that the mattress takes heat away from the sleeper, that's a lie and false advertising.

It has a smooth plush top that has amazing comfort. After sleeping on it a few nights I noticed I no longer had back and body aches. It felt like it was really sleeping on a cloud of pillows.
