We were in need of a new mattress (ours was 18 years old) and in very bad condition. After doing some research, we decided on a Firm, pillow top. We've had it for 2 months, and already the mattress is sagging. We decided to go with a Sterns and Foster because of the reviews and it seemed like the Top of the Line product. $3,000 + and we are sorely disappointed. I'm happy there was a 120 day guarantee with it, we will go back to the store and select a different mattress. It took 10 years for our old mattress to start failing, this took 2 months. It started out really good, we slept better, felt supported, now we feel like we're on a hill toward the center. We will not choose the mattress without the pillow top for fear it will do the same thing. We will chooses a different brand, Sadly.

We have Hurston Luxury Firm. It started feeling like a hammock after the first two months. We rotated it once a month, which didn't help. I waited a year and a half to file a warranty and was denied because the measurement of the gullies was 1.5 on one side and the other side was 1.3. Not only does it feel like sleeping on a hammock, but the foam layer is also compressed so much in the dips we feel like the coils are digging in our backs. It's unacceptable to have that problem with a mattress that's less than two years old. The mattress store we bought it from said give it a little more time, and they're sure we'll have a warranty claim soon. We just ordered another mattress from another company and will never buy another Stearns and Foster!

King Estate mattress badly sagging after 3 months..sterns and foster is not the quality mattress it once was..10 yr warranty is a joke..they will not help me at all..told me to contact retailer I bought it from..they told me they could not help and to contact sterns and foster..do not waste your money ...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is great! It is so comfortable to sleep on. It's firm enough to not hurt my back but the pillow top provides enough comfort to give me a good solid nights rest. When I wake up I am fully rested and not sore at all. I would definitely recommend deep pocket sheets to keep them from popping off while you sleep. It's a great mattress, and the handles make it really easy to move around when needed.

The queen size mattress sags on both sides, large hump in the middle. Advice : sleep in the middle. SERIOUSLY. it is uncomfortable to sleep anywhere on the mattress. We bought this mattress because we were told it was the "best". it is not the best. Buyer beware.

Bought this mattress from Ashley furniture located in the Woodlands, Tx area. The mattress edge broke down within a few months. We turned the mattress and the other side edge support broke down with in a few months. This mattress is used by an elderly person who weighs about 130lbs so weight and size of the person is not in question. The results of this defective edge has caused her to constantly roll off the edge of the bed. We contacted Ashley Furniture for help, they sent a mattress warranty claim representative to check out the issue. He reported the findings to Stearns and Foster. Your company DENIED any help, leaving an elderly woman at risk of really being hurt each time the defect causes her to roll out of bed.

I purchased this mattress May 2022, I should have written a review sooner. I expected a comfortable product from Stearns & Foster especially for the cost. However, the mattress does not recover from body impression, leaving an indentation finding it difficult to reposition myself while sleeping, making a good nights sleep compromised.

We've had this mattress 4 weeks today. It is the 2nd S & F mattress. We exchanged a Lux Estate PT for this Estate TT after the first mattress had body indentions after only 1 week! Now, after 4 weeks, this mattress is showing body indentions also! I am petite, 5'2" 112 lb. and my husband is 5'6", 160 lb. So, we are hoping the top will even out but not banking on it. Very disappointed given this is the second mattress and the price of both. Basically, what should be a wonderful experience (getting a new mattress) has turned into a sad experience.

This is a pretty fantastic mattress, it offers lots of support, you can tell it's very high quality. The mattress I was sleeping on before was only two years old and never offered this type of support, this mattress literally hugs your body and doesn't put extra pressure on your joints. Me and my Beau, both have been sleeping on this mattress and have been sleeping much better and more soundly, my Beau has said his back and legs hurt less since we started using this mattress, it's also much quicker to get comfortable which has resulted in less tossing and turning. I would absolutely buy this product and recommend it to anyone looking for a new mattress, that is not only comfortable but provides support, it's worth every penny. The mattress itself is very luxurious looking, it has a nice blue and a beautiful pattern on the pillow top, you can see how high quality the stitching is and the soft handles make it very easy to move, it is a bit heavy-duty but I think that adds to the fact it's made to last.
