I always thought Stearns & Foster was just too expensive for my budget but have gone thru 3 other mattresses in the past 5 years. With the zero interest rate financing, this was not only affordable but I'm sure it will last much, much longer than my previous buys.

I'm a stomach sleeper so was looking for a firmer mattress, but my wife is a back/side sleeper. She likes a firmer mattress too, but wanted something that still provided comfort with the support. This mattress fits the bill without breaking the bank. Would recommend.

Tried several other mattresses before buying the Stearns and Foster Estate Pillow Top Firm mattress. The delivery service was punctual, polite and removed my old mattress within twenty minutes. My old mattress was a Stearns and Foster mattress bought about twenty years ago. I tried several other mattresses before buying this one. Non other came close. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE STEARNS AND FOSTER ESTATE MATTRESS.

The first night did not go good, it was so firm, so I call and talk to Alex , ask if y’all sold topper to put on the mattress, he said no, and that I did not need that, the reason it's so firm , is cause it's new and you need to walk on it a little or have someone to do it for you, and it well get loosing up and be a lot better and keep getting better, so I said ok and I gave it a message with my hands, and it did loosen up, and it has gotten a lot better and I really like it and yes I do recommend it. It’s very well made. I’m having no issues with it being to firm, it seems each night gets a litter better. Enjoying it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a Stearns and Foster mattress in our guest bedroom that we've had FOREVER and it has not broken down at all. After experiencing several different brands of mattresses for our own bed we knew we had to go back to S & F. Maybe we're "old school" but the old fashioned support system is still good to this day so why deviate from it. Went with medium support and it's plenty firm enough - probably last the rest of our lives(we're mid 70's). We don't want to sink into our mattress, we want it to adequately support us and S & F does just that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was one of our top two choices after trying dozens of mattresses in multiple stores. Quality, construction, and materials are all excellent. Delivery speed and setup were A+. Unfortunately, within days, we found many problems that make it impossible to get a good, full night's sleep. 1) Poor Temperature Regulation: became too hot within minutes. 2) Lack of Support: Felt our bodies sinking slowly all through the night, due to the memory foam layers not providing consistent support. 3) Lack of Resilience: After just two weeks, found our bodies had left deep impressions that did not return to normal. 4) Lack of comfort: we have woken with pain in our backs, buttocks, hips, shoulders, and legs. 5) Irregular surface: the deep tufting creates an uncomfortably uneven sleep surface. All these problems persist even after several weeks. This is despite this being exact model that was our top choice in the showroom. The delivered mattress feels as if it contains considerably more memory foam than the showroom model, and all the negative characteristics of memory foam (heat retention, lack of support, feeling of being trapped in quicksand) have proven far worse than our worst fears. We have been forced to buy mattress toppers, mattress pads, and new pillows just to be able to sleep through the night -- none of which we expected from such an expense, high-quality, brand-name mattress. So unfortunately we do plan on returning our Estate Tight Tip Soft King mattress for a refund.

My back used to crack every morning; it no longer does with this mattress. I was deciding between the medium and the firm and went with the firm. It seems a bit hard at first, but getting used to it, and having good sleep with it. So far so good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best sleep I've had in ages. I got a firm mattress and love it. This mattress is really firm and holds its shape. Even when sitting on the edge of the bed, the mattress holds its shape and does not crumple like so many other mattresses do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The delivery was fast and easy. The mattress was better than expected, especially in terms of the outer materials. We had tried to use a Saatva firm memory foam bed previously, but it started to get too soft after only a few months. The springs in this bed make it feel much sturdier. Time will tell, but I am guessing it will last much longer. Going back to a spring mattress, I was most worried about motion transfer, but it hasn't been too bad.
