After purchasing from Sams Club because of its great price, we found that this rice cooker is absolutely Amazing! It took only 20 minutes to cook  4 cups of rice. Our old Tiger rice cooker to an hour for 4 cups. This was a great buy!

Great rice cooker!

So exited to use it and it broke on my first time using it. The lever where it closes and opens just broke.  Returning ASAP. So disappointed on this Korean brand. I replaced my 14 year old zojirushi 10 cup rice cooker- that still works but it's discontinued and can't find the same size replacement inner pot.  Staying with Toyotas! Never trusting Kia's nor Hyundais.  Just sayin'.

Broke on first time use..

We are an Asian household and eat rice nearly every day. This thing holds up great and is definitely comparable to a Tiger or Zojirushi. The design looks modern and cool. The only downside is that there’s no rice paddle holder so we just set the paddle on top or in a bowl on the side.
