Please know that our brush heads undergo many quality checks to ensure you receive them in perfect condition. The brush heads for our power toothbrushes have an expected lifespan of three months, based on a brushing time of 2 minutes twice daily. If your brush head isn’t lasting for its expected lifespan, it could be caused by brushing too hard, as too much pressure makes the bristles wear faster. Rinsing a toothbrush under hot water or soaking it in a solution will also soften the bristles, causing them to wear out more quickly.
