[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such an easy and good cleaning toothbrush! It gets in all the small creases of my teeth and the bristles are soft. Very durable! We love the Kansas City chiefs so that's just a plus!

I bought this toothbrush for my husband and I just a little while ago and we went to take the brush head off and there is mold growing underneath. We give our toothbrushes a thorough rinse after each time we brush. It was absolutely disgusting and with no way to properly clean where the mold is grown I am realizing our money is wasted.

This is is poorly designed. I "updraded" from my previous Oral-B electric toothbrush to this, only to discover that A. the brush heads last less than a month and B. it is impossible to keep mold from forming in the handle. I completely remove the brush head every time I use it and flush the part where the brush attaches, but it still gets moldy. I end up using my water pick to pressure wash the black gunk out. And don't even think about keeping the brush head attached or that will get moldy too. Not sure of this design choice.

These may clean well but the design is awful. There are slots in the brush head that saliva and toothpaste leak from while brushing. Gunk and goo accumulate in the area that attaches to the brush head. You have to pick it out with a toothpick to remove it. It is nasty and I cannot recommend these brushes.

I bought this four months ago, and one is already dead. It won't take a charge. I also noticed mold on the inside of the base where the head attaches and in the toothbrush head, after about a month of use. The way the base is designed where the head is attached, there is no way to clean it out. It's disgusting. The toothbrush head I can at least soak in hot water to clean. I saw that someone else mentioned this, and it was recommended to keep in a dry area. EXCUSE ME? It's a toothbrush!!! It's supposed to be able to get wet! I also do rinse out both the head and the base after every use, but no, I do not dry them off, because that's an absolutely ridiculous request for a toothbrush. I stopped keeping the head attached to the base, when not in use, but that's also annoying. It's not flat, so you can't stand the head up. Instead, I continually waste cotton rounds to lie the head on. This is a truly poor design. I've used an Oral-B electric toothbrushes for about 25 years. My previous one is like a spear that you attach the head to. Very easy to clean. I had that one for about 8 years with zero issues.

The toothbrush works great. For us it actually makes you more aware of the task of brushing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oral B electric toothbrush works really effectively , its battery life is super amazing. It has different cleaning modes which removes all the plaque very smoothly .

These became filled with mold, even with being cleaned regularly. There's no way to clean the entire thing, so even scrubbing and trying to get in with a toothpick and soaking nothing fully cleaned it.

The toothbrush itself works well and delivers solid performance—it's a good value and does exactly what you'd expect from an electric toothbrush. However, I'm giving it one star for a few key reasons. The three brushing modes feel unnecessary and don't provide much practical benefit in everyday use. The bigger issue is the brush head compatibility. The included heads aren't matched in a clear or intuitive way, and if you're not careful, it's easy to purchase the wrong replacements at a significantly higher cost. The lack of a straightforward, interchangeable brush head system feels poorly thought out. It comes across more as a marketing decision than one focused on customer convenience, making upkeep more confusing and expensive than it needs to be. Overall, the toothbrush itself is fine—buy it if the price makes sense—but be cautious when it comes to replacing the brush heads.
