[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off shipping was really delayed so sorry for delay in review. I liked the idea of multiple ear pieces however for me the largest ones kept is sexily in my ear. The smaller ones did not produce snug fit. The large ear keeper began to hurt my ear after about 15 minutes or so which was surprising because it felt soft to the touch Sound is superb. Did not verify mic tho due to the pain in my ears.

These earbuds were the best-fitting ones I've had, and that's compared to Jabras, Beats Studio and Air Pod Pro 2. I have a larger ear canal in my right ear, and these are the only ones that fit. However, 13 months after purchase the left earbud stopped charging, and now they're useless. Junk

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm listening to the new JBL Reflect Aero wireless waterproof earbuds now! I'm in love with everything about them. I got the new mint color and everyone has complimented them. No one has seen the mint color from JBL. The beautiful sleek look is just a bonus! Charging and setup is nothing. They automatically connect via Bluetooth. All you have to do is charge them and put them on, got to your Bluetooth settings and they should be there. Click “JBL REFLECT AERO” and you're good to go. The sound is so clear, crisp, loud and perfect. They also have noise cancelling and you can take phone calls through them. These are my favorite earbuds that I've ever had, seen or even heard. I've tested a lot in the stores, too. They fit so good in my ears I forget they are even there. They come with different sizes for the part that goes inside your ear. They also come with different size rubber pieces that wrap around the earbuds and help hold in your ear comfortably. I love the charging light on the case. I love the cute mint case. I love the little strap that connects to the charging case because it fits perfectly around your wrist so you don't drop it. I have been outside using my JBL earbuds all day. Playing in the water hose, sweating, working doing landscaping, and more play. My JBL earbuds stayed in all day and the water did them no harm at all. I love anything waterproof because I'm always in the water if I'm outside for anything. I also fall asleep with one in my ear every night. My last ones, one earbud would not work without the other, so it was a problem. My JBL reflect aero work with both, of course and one or the other if I only want to use one. I've fallen asleep with one every night for a more then a week and they are perfect. I always highly recommended JBL anyways because JBL is always amazing in every way.

I am an adult with small ears / canals. These JBL earbuds do not stay in my ears. I spend more time trying to keep these from falling out than I do listening to anything. Even with the smallest size rubber tips that were supplied, the buds do not stay in my ears. They are too bulky. Definitely not recommended for anyone with small ears/canals

Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. Everyone's ears are different and JBL tried to take this into account. My left ear will not accept the foam earplugs that are rolled up and inserted into the ear canal. They fall out every time. So when I bought these I was very skeptical and before trying to pair these I tested to see if it would stay in place To my surprise both pieces stay in place and "seal". I jumped around and they stayed put. I have cut the grass (Gas mower) and they worked just fine with Noise Reduction. I even used a very noisy gas powered leaf mulcher without addition ear muffs and, unless directly over the hopper, the noise reduction was pretty good, but not as good as I wish. When I turned off the NR while standing next to the mulcher, boy was there a big difference! Ouch. This mulcher is loud, more than the earbuds can handle. This is out of the ordinary. I do need to listen to the sounds from mulcher. I can put muffs over the earbuds. The JBL phone app has the ability to determine if the fit is right, i.e. seal. My left ear does not "seal" if I am looking down at my phone but seals if looking ahead. Using the app I can set the highs and lows to my preference. Two taps on the left ear piece and the music is muted and can carry on a conversation (when I wish). They supposedly have a mono ability. My wife is deaf in one ear so this would be of advantage. What I have not tried yet is to see how long they will work given a full charge. I suspect NR will take a lot of power. So far they have not lost power. The one issue I ran into had to do with initial pairing. I called service and they walked me though various step to get them to pair. The agent decided mine was defective and I should return it. When placing them back into the packing box I noticed the left one did not sit flat. The shark fin I was changing for a better fit was off by a few degrees. I aligned the fin and tried pairing again for fun. I noticed a faster blink sequence on the cradle while trying to pair and they immediately paired with my iPhone. JBL did a follow up call (much to my surprise) which gave me the opportunity to tell them what I discovered after leaving the agent. One last thing, I listen to SiriusXM via the app on my iPhone while using these. Usually to 60's and 70's music (I am 67). I have heard some instruments, harmonizing, and counter melodies within songs I have NEVER picked up on before. Very impressive. Twice while using the mulcher I thought I heard something behind me and looked around before realizing it was sounds from the earbuds. The sound was part of the song. That's good.
