I bought the ProForm Carbon TLS Treadmill, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! It arrived quickly and was delivered right to my doorstep. However, be prepared to need assistance bringing the box inside—it’s heavy and awkward to handle, so you'll definitely need at least two people to move it. Keep that helper around, as assembly also requires two people. While putting it together wasn’t complicated and all the necessary tools were included, it still takes two to hold pieces in place while you attach them. Once assembled, using the treadmill was straightforward. The instructions were clear, though we mostly figured it out by experimenting with the control panel. It’s very intuitive, and I love how smoothly the speed and incline adjust. You have great control over your settings. I also enjoy the Bluetooth speakers that let me connect my phone. While the sound quality isn’t top-notch, it's better than I expected. The treadmill also includes a charging port for your phone. One downside I’ve noticed is the maximum speed. It’s fast enough for me, but my teenage runners wish it could go a little quicker. I also tried the iFit workout program, which connects to both your phone and the treadmill. I absolutely loved it! It allows you to choose a workout and shows you scenery of where you’re walking or running. The treadmill automatically adjusts the incline and speed to match the terrain, making the workout more engaging. This is an incentivized review.
